As a junior in high school I am trying to figure out how to be more confident with myself. This video helped me by realizing some of the stuff I was worrying about is insignificant. Right now I want to have a girl but I’m not quite confident or flirty enough to even begin doing that. I have to set myself straight.
I’m also finding high school so hard as I recently have been made to wear headgear to school by my orthodontist. It’s super embarrassing and very hard for me man and I get called many names😔

the more confidence you have the more vibrant your voice sounds, that's why shy ppl usually sound quiet and monotone but there's a lot of ways to cope with the sound of your voice (or, more directly, your shyness and insecurity), if you're insecure about your voice then you're most likely gonna sound worse, this is also why when people take drugs or drink alcohol they become more social and their voice sounds different automatically but neither are a good habit

Sup bro, this isnt about the video but i sometimes get some kind of anxiety. Last year My mom Got cancer and They Said that she was going to die. Luckily she didnt die and is fine now. But sometimes when i am Bout to go to sleep i Think about it and i am so scared that she Will get cancer again. And maybe die. I dont know what to do bro. Thanks for listening tour the best

Yes in combination with cold showering, journaling and meditation
I’m on day 19 and in combination with cold showers and starting to workout again on day 13 yes I can say it helps. No fap is the grounds for me to start to figure out a better way to live with confidence, becoming more independent like figuring out how to become an adult, and getting over my insecurities. I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to find themselves and if you have the right mindset going into no fap not fapping has become the easiest thing at least for me out of everything I’ve been doing to grow myself.
