That 2nd game was just absolute chaos and I think we have to give kudos to Wardi for being able to keep up as well as he did Of course it must also be said that it's sometimes easy to forget just how staggeringly impressive the abilities of these pro players are. What does it say when I'm struggling just to intake mentally all the skirmishes that are happening at once, compared to the sheer depth of these players' presence of mind and ability to adapt and react to all this same information while controlling it at the same time. Phenomenal!
The disruptor shot change is quite effective against pro players, except for Clem when he's in form. The 2nd game you can see how Clem split insanely well and dodged most of the shots (eating only 2 big shots - probably not looking for at least one of them, but in the old patch those shots might not have worked either). I don't think other Terrans split nearly as well. I also saw Clem when not in form eating some more shots too.
Game 2 “ Clem lost 25 scv but its ok, its Terran, storm destructors colossos all the the same time and nothing happens to Clem army even when its a massive blow this is literally a joke ….
Not saying Clem isn’t amazing but the balance council has done such a shit job of balancing PvT this past year, jesus christ so Hero has to make literally zero mistakes for the game to not be an auto loss? I love SC2 and have been here since the WOL Fruitdealer/Nestea era but this type of glaring imbalance is just awful for the remaining scene. The balance councils cowardice concerning buffing Protoss is inexcusable, and fwiw I main Zerg.
