If after the install you still don't have center digital speedo then do this:
Go to IPC Module configuration, search for Digital Speedometer, Enable it, and then click Write.

Idamn, my 2016 mondeo (1.6 tdci ) is no possibility to do this , I have no Module firmare update .

you need to use beta version .. than you will have this module... link to the program you will find on the website forscan or in the video description.

@@joelhernandez4415 If you have digital cluster - check when you have you digital speedometer - if is on right side - than its old version, if is on the middle than is upgraded and you dont need do anything.
