Love the sour noods - Where do you find all your noodles at? I'm in Toronto and only have a few spots but they seldom have new flavours and online can be so expensive
I’m in Vancouver so we have tons of Asian supermarkets and small mom ‘n pop shops. And for things I can’t find here, I can usually find in Seattle: I’d imagine Toronto shouldn’t be too bad? Let me know if you’re looking for a particular noodle!
Koka's "Tom Yum Flavor Instant Rice Fettucine“ were really nice - the flavouring pack is the same as in their "Signature Series" Tom Yum with standard ramen. You do get an extra package with a few freeze-dried shrimps plus of course very good, wide rice noodles. Definitely a recommendation.
I am pretty sure these are sweet potato & corn starch vermicelli - mine had a slightly different bag design (Baijia loves to tinker with those) & they had no beans in the vermicelli.
Oh no way! And same here. I just don’t know what that chemical flavour was but it was bitter and turned me off completely. Their broad noodles are the BEST.

Can you please review Koka's Silk Tom Yum Rice Noodles?
I am craving to try one but will wait till your review.
Thank you! I will try and look for it here in Canada!

@@phoneuser7872that sounds amazing!!! I haven’t seen it in Canada yet - maybe it’s not available in our market!?

Thank you! I forgot to read the ingredient list but you are probably correct!
These have been available in Latvia since two years, I liked them, but by far no as much as the Szechuan broad noodles.
