My first time arriving at Charlotte Douglas International Airport was on September 28, 2024. My sister, niece and I had a layover in Charlotte on our way home to Phoenix, Arizona. My sister was telling me how nice the airport is. Also, she told me about the beautiful, white rocking chairs. It's a very nice airport!❤❤
Im looking forward to seeing this airport after so many years away from the states last time I flew here was on cargo and just was able to have 3 hours food and that's all. I have a nine hour layover on the 30th December due to my work paying for the cheapest flights 🤣😂
@@TravelDolo I did try bojangles in Nashville when I was there in June and July. It is meh at best but I will try it again. But would try it again. Any other recommendations? I am looking of having a minute suit to pass a few hours. And what about immigration (if you have done that side of travel) would you say immigration is easier than say Dallas or the other busiest airports in the USA???
It took me 30 minutes to walk to my connecting flight. I don’t like this airport! Been through now 5 times flying American Airlines. If you like to walk with your carry-on and large purse then this is the airport for you. Not convenient at all.
@@hlatino03, always a troll👿 why don’t you take your judgment and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine!!! Walking is healthy but when you’re 69 and carrying 2 carry ons it’s ridiculous trying to maneuver through people and know your flight leaves in 45 minutes. Troll somewhere else😈😈😈😈😈😈

Glad you enjoyed Charlotte! The rocking chairs are a nice touch.
I love this airport so much due to the club area
That terminal looks better when compared to flying with AA.

Not convenient if you are lazy. Walking is healthy
