I just want to mention that this was filmed a couple months ago and as such some of the information such as the reported redundancies @johnlewisretail is now out of date.
Now lets get into it,
Well the @metpolice_uk really don't learn, and once again we see exactly why PCSO's really are the laughing stock of the emergency services.
The disgraceful comments made by this PCSO, however original, were way out of line. And consider the consequences had the shoe been on the other foot.
As for John Lewis head office, all in all it wasn't too bad, room for improvement but overall I've had considerably worse.

I’m struggling to find how calling a white Scottish person a monkey is racist, I would not find it offensive in anyway if that was said to me. I think out of pure boredom you’ve tried to escalate something that wasn’t there. Fair play to the PCSO’s they didn’t rise to your ridiculous claim, love to see the outcome of your complaint, come to think about it, you always mention a complaint in your videos, be interesting to see how many are upheld, very little I would imagine.

Dumb way of looking at it, one could be 'racist' due to skin colour but this one was for 'low intelligence'.

Not really a racist comment by the PCSO, but we all know what would be happening the other way around. The main fact is that we have a PCSO working in public delivering that statement without any thought but loads of arrogance. A member of The Met calling anyone a name should not be acceptable. Not the first round of cuts for JL, they closed a massive Aberdeen store a good while back now. Not sure if still the case but they used to be largely employee owned I believe

PCSO can't do much legally, they have to wait for proper police most of the time. I highly doubt they are allowed to use that machinery that is specially calibrated and the traffic officers train on. If anyone receives a fine through the post, I would be questioning it. But as they weren't wearing proper light blue PCSO uniforms, there by making them look like proper police. Nobody would have noticed any difference. Well dodgy, in my opinion.

Make a formal complaint to the IOPC regarding the monkey remark as you have his shoulder number. Any area openly accessible to the public, I suggest you use the phrase that it gives an 'implied right of access' 👍
