- Mohammed (11) got reunited with his parents and siblings after 2 years, 3 months and 11 days. This is footage that I filmed after our documentary Red Crayons was finished, but I thought it is important to share. Not all the children from the documentary (and worldwide) are reunited with their family.

Please tell me I wasn't the only one who had tears in my eyes watching this? The love they showed was so heartwarming
Yeah 😢😢😢😢
I started tearing even before his family came out😭
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

"Little boy" Do you associate crying with little?? Just for your information, crying is a natural expression.
@@charrle5208 Why do YOU associate "little" with bad? He's a kid, doing his damndest to be all grown up, and he does it till he gets relieved of his responsibilities. It's touching and heartwarming to see such a human experience, and it's a mixture of admiration and, to be frank, jealousy. That's one of the first times in that kid's life that he shouldered that responsibility, that he had to be the grown up. Some of us remember what that felt like, the fear, the growing sense of confidence, the brief feeling of not being a kid any more. And we remember the relief when you're allowed to be a kid again. "That's enough adulting for now, take a break and be a kid again. You'll be an adult long enough. You did well." Only kids get to feel that. As you grow up you forget how it felt. Then you see that kid being "all grown up", testing his wings, and you remember and envy him. Other people, it goes over their heads.

as sweet as the reunion between mother and son is, i also find the reunion between his father and uncle touching. its nice to see two men unashamed, willing to show their emotions and brotherly love.
Two male friends/family members hugging is pretty normal in Middle Eastern cultures.
@basedadonis2354 yeah bcz if men show any type of emotion, theyre automatically gay. toxic masculinity is disgusting.

I'm a Syrian girl, 12 yrs old, at the age of 12 days old I fled the country because of war, my mom left everything behind, her family, home and most importantly her life, we lived in Lebanon for a few years until we moved to the UK. I don't remember anything from my past, but all I know is that no child should go through such a thing.
Its really hard to hold back tears. No parent should ever be separated from their children this was really heartwarming.
Wow! I cannot imagine the pain and anguish they must have gone through, being separated because of war. I'm glad that boy was under the care of his uncle. But for him to finally see his own parents and siblings after two years apart is heart wrenching because those are two years that you can never get back in life. No matter what country you are from, I hope families will be happy, loving and safe together. Childhood goes so fast!
Don’t know why but I feel so emotional seeing this video. My eyes are full of tears. I know what a value of a mother is. I lost my mother 1.5years ago through wrong operation by a surgeon. My heart aches n craves every minute to see, touch & feel her.

I cry every time I watch this beautiful Mother cry. This must have been the moment where she felt all her wishes came true. ...Beautiful moment!
Tears rolled down my cheeks the love we have for our children is so strong
This reminds me of another Syrian family. Years ago at my daughter's school we celebrated Christmas. In the schoolyard I was standing next to a Syrian father, singing Silent Night. Later I learned that this man with his wife and five children spend that freezing cold Christmas night under an overpass, because they had no place to stay.
Update; at first they were more or less 'adopted' bij the school. They were given shelter, food, clothes and money. Last time I heard about them they were doing well.
Awww gosh :( that is so very sad. I hope they're safe and warm now. I am from Scotland, we welcome refugees with open arms ❤️
Oh goodness. I hope things got better for their family. Even homeless they still had each other.
@Student please don't say that it's not true
@Student They're still doing fine. I hope you're okay as well
@Student you never see what happens in real life, go find out who made them refugees. Chuck your lying media out of your life to know the reality of these ppl. They don't lie, they don't drink, they don't smoke, they super clean, they help others, give in charity, help elderly, don't dump parents, serve them, help poor, help neighbours, protect their women don't use them and leave them but marry them and provide for them which is not what we see in our side of the world. Wake up and open your eyes don't blind follow the narrative of media!
It didn’t matter how many children she may have she is not complete without them all. Im sure the Dad is super thankful for his brother. I’m so happy they are all reunited and continue to wish them well.
After my mild stroke, I witness the most heart warming family in the doctor's office. A Middle Eastern family accompanied their elderly mother (I believe she had a form of dementia) to the office. While waiting, they sang softly to her, held her hand, answered her questions, and just loved her as much as possible. Family is family, love is love, family is love. The mother's son was so gentle and sweet to her, her daughter made sure she was always comfortable, as both sang to her I'm sure the Lord smiled upon them, and blessed them in ways we may never understand.
❤✝️
Where you from bro ?
It all boils down to how they were raised. If the parents raised them with love, they'll have love in their old age. If they didn't exasperate their children, they'll grow old earning their respect. At the end of the day, you reap what you sow.
Family is love; unless your sister is a greedy POS that is out for your parents heritage. Then it is a lucrative case for the lawyers.

Too much fuss is made of them, whilst a lot of European Children suffer neglect nothing good will come of this. More and more mosques, well end up like Lebanon and Afghanistan because of stupid experiments by dumb EU Politicians. We’re the ones who have to foot the bill for this
@@lunafringe10 Even if politicians are corrupted and out of the world, that doesn't mean we must let innocents die. Indeed, there are people in need in our countries that need help too and definitely our governments need to stop spending on unnecessary purpose (and perhaps cutting a bit their own pays, huh) but still, we all need to stay humans. We would all be happy to be received and protected by neighbours if our own country was devastated by war, so that makes sense to do the same for them. Families should never be separated or apart. That’s one of the things I love about people that aren’t American. They value family and stay in community’s with their whole family all their life. They take care of and look out for each other. Many Americans are all about themselves. Barely see their parents, siblings, etc. And when they’re parents get old they throw them in an nursing home. You don’t see that in many cultures. They take care of the elders just as the elders took care of them.
Not only Americans most of western countries they do . Most of Africans and Arab countries they look their parents when they get older.
What on earth are you talking about? You don’t know anything about Americans relationships with their families. There are billions of us, it is impossible to generalize like that and insane to just state that none of us have a close knit family.
@@Wtf-re5up Billions of Americans? 😯
