Looks like it is light cotton with printed design (similar to batik material), baggy and loosely sewn for easy movement and ventilation, etc. Definitely, not custom tailored. I believe he must have got from Indonesia. Thanks for watching this video. Roberto Lim.

Actually what she has is the 60cm 13 note Spacedrum. The top of the drum has four notes instead of 2. Not sure if this is what you meant. In which case she does have a "top four pan"
