    there’s a suggestion that the modern american accent is most similar to how the english accent would have sounded in shakespeare’s time. and it makes sense! the dialogue flows so smoothly here far more than any english production i’ve seen

    Such a fine performance. I just saw it on PBS 4, hoping to find more of it to send to friends.
