Those are not Phillips head screws. Those are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard), which is why they cam out (slip) and strip so easy. If you can’t get a JIS driver I hear drywall bits work better than Phillips.
I appreciate your vid im workin with the same exact parts. But i think i widened the idler jet out too much. Bike idles around 5-6000 rpms and is leaking from floatbowl. Any suggestions would be great

There are parts on the carburetor body that are made of plastic. Were they not damaged by the chem dip?
