  • @تفائلوابالخيرتجدوه-ز1ه

    Machine does not work automatically There is a problem in programming and machine control panel. We only work on them manually. Some improvements need speed and engine power. Because the machine is very slow cutting .. And production is very little compared with what was announced by the seller and what was expected of them.

    Why are the blades difference sizes?

    • @Chinastonemachinetools

    • @iamjimgroth

      Baluster Wong I see. What makes it more efficient?

    • @Chinastonemachinetools
      @Chinastonemachinetools  7 лет назад +1

      It takes less time for smaller blades to make a first cut into the block, then it is easier for big blades to move further into it. Most Chinese factories use such blade combination for block cutting.

    • @iamjimgroth
      @iamjimgroth 7 лет назад

      Baluster Wong I see. That's pretty clever. :)

    • @schuur10
      @schuur10 6 лет назад +5

      It,s all in the maths; the bigger the object gets, the bigger the tool will be, in this case its important to get quickly rid of the cool watermix (with grinding dust) to clear the next blade to cut. if it all had to be done with one huge blade , the RPM,s would slow down and the blade would rise in temperature, that couses unstabillity and the blade would wobble and searching its own way, and goes out of line.
      With " Pre-Cutting blades/ step blades"you keep the grinding sleeves perfectly level

      Modern historians are same as CNN fake news etc... they are hiding our true history.... the ancient builders originated from India and spread technology around the world - the same characteristics appear the world over getting less refined the further you go from India. These were geniuses at building... their work cannot be repeated today.

    • @olorin4317
      @olorin4317 2 года назад

      Scientists against myths channel shows some of the techniques. Modern machinery just allows the work to be done quicker, by fewer people, and with less waste. Recently heard about a technique using fire to make the stone brittle in an area so it's easier to smash material out with chisels and pounders. There are many brilliant, low tech, techniques that humanity has lost with time. I've been working granite for almost two decades. Yes it boggles the mind that they could do it. But research the actual evidence and appreciate what our ancestors accomplished.

    • @olorin4317
      @olorin4317 2 года назад +1

      Steel toe boots are not really recommended. The weight of stone that size will just bend the steel and chop your toes off. Maybe not preferable over smashed feet... The point is, don't drop a big rock on you. It won't be good one way or the other.

    • @donaldgodin3491
      @donaldgodin3491 2 года назад

      @@olorin4317 You're right about the fact that those big rock would smash your feet with or without steel toe boots. But the point is not about that fact. It is about anything else that might happen when working around those heavy stones. Simple basic safety here in Canada. Have a nice day.
