There’s a groundhog family living in my yard. They’re so cute, especially when they stand up on their hind legs. I love the Groundhog Day movie. It’s one of my favorite movies! 😊

I'll have to look that up! We saw a few elk in oregon, one right outside the car window at Fort Stevens State Park, and then in South Dakota at the drive through wildlife park, those had enormous antlers!
I know some people who went to Gobblers Knob on GD. I think I will just watch the festivities from the comfort and warmth of my home! I don’t like extreme cold and crowds, not to mention super-early mornings!

I love groundhogs day. I make muffins that look like Punxsutawney Phil to celebrate, we enjoy a muffin while we get his shadow report. Silly stuff 🥰

OH MY GOSH, I live about 15 minutes away from where groundhog day was filmed in Woodstock Illinois! You will be right in my neck of the woods!

You should take a trip to Benezette, Pa. to see the elk herd. It’s not far from Dubois (Du boys).

@@RTSoutdoor there is a large elk herd at the Elk County Visitors Center. Sometimes the elk are just walking thru town.
