    I have tested 4 month ago my 2 years old GT 2 with medium Brithness as the same as you, and it kills the battery (as for phones). Medium is so strong in light aspect. Use automatic brightness, and you can get 2-3 more days easily.

    i use the same watch, medium brightness, AOD, heart monitor, stress test, auto spo2 off, only Huawei trusleep on, but still charging 25% per day. I feel the battery is draining fast, would it help if I reset the clock?

    I’ve tested the battery life of the watch gt 3 pro linked to an huawei phone and in three days only lows 5%, other watch gt 3 pro buy at the same time lows about 20% in the same time linked to an iphone. Anyone have the same problem ?

      good point no idea - it might be more efficient due to the same OS relationship - that is a great point. The GT3 Pro is a great watch - hope you really like it - thanks.

      Sorry for delay! GT3!! for sure - all the way. The GT2 had a much lesser heart rate sensor

    • @fitgearhunter

      Oh lord - good question - I didn't run into that issue so don't even know. I would search for ways to 'hard reset' the watch and start over re-pairing it

    If we set to measure hr 24/7 its going to count more calories burned while we workout and rest?Nice review!💪

    • @fitgearhunter
      @fitgearhunter  2 года назад +1

      Thank you! And yes - in general - it will pick up periods of greater activity throughout the day if on 24/7, which will lead to greater calorie count. And workouts will always have heart rate tracking every second, which will lead to calorie estimates

    Do you think Huawei GT3 is a worth buy? Or it's better buy another watch?

    • @fitgearhunter
      @fitgearhunter  2 года назад +3

      I actually do think it is a decent watch. It has solid training analytics, and is beautiful and fantastic to use it daily life. It all depends on how much you have to spend, and what your goals are from a watch

      @@fitgearhunter Do you think the sensor for activities is great? I see on The Quantified Channell, these watches from Samsung, Amazfit are pretty bad for activities.

      @@MarcoPolo82 The Quantified Scientist calls the GT3 the new heart rate monitor champ.

    • @fitgearhunter
      @fitgearhunter  2 года назад +4

      @@MarcoPolo82 No I disagree with some of his testing. If you watch the tests there are usually only 3-4 tests - maybe 5 at most - and most don't fully look at the overall accuracy, in my opinion. I've done a whole video across multiple very heavy crossfit session and it's kept great accuracy - likely 80-90%, which is high accuracy for an optical sensor on the wrist. BUT - I always suggest in every video to wear a connected chest strap for accuracy, then the question is irrelevant.

    I dont see the point of AOD as most of the time your not even looking ar your watch
