About 2:48 you can affect the shot even with high disparity like that, there are two ways where you defend the shot. 1. Defend the Ball, block him or force him to use an higher arc. Yes this is very difficult 2. Defend the sight, while trying 1, which makes shooting more difficult ... With this high difference, the hand in the face might be even a natural basketball movement, and no reason for a whistle ;) Maybe you can add also a third point to the list, which doesnt count for this shot, be close to him, make him worry about getting the ball up get a save landing (please no lambeer foot, but at least i am thinking in such situation where can i land which makes it harder compared to an open shot) etc.
