- A 5 meter by 5 meter simple house complete with:
-Living Area
-Dining Area
-1 Bedroom
-1 Toilet & Bathroom
-Kitchen
-Porch
Lot dimensions - 9m by 10m Considering 2 meters setbacks and 3 meters at front. Can be reduced to 7m by 10m by using a firewall at the bedroom side.

A good design. I would use a pocket door into bedroom for more floor space. Probably re size & re locate some windows & use a stacked washer dryer. Try to squeeze in a dishwasher & Range Oven.

Unfortunately, inflation continues year by year in the Philippines, and building costs continue to soar. This house could have been built for less than half the cost 15 years ago. But, this is very well done and designed for its small size.
