For everyone having trouble with the tension cable: first connect the cable to the hook. You'll probably find that the cable is too short to fit into the guide channel of the bracket, which is where I first got stuck. The secret is to then pull up hard on the handle bar top piece. This will stretch out the cable the extra couple of centimeters so you can get the cable into the guide channel. It really helps to have two people for this part.

My friend and I were frustrated reading the manual but when I found this video, assembly was a bliss. Easy enough to where we had no leftover parts after completing, normally we have parts left 🙈 Thank you so much!

For those struggling with the tension cable, there's a little nut thingy at the bottom of the bottom cable, I loosened it all the way down first, attached everything and then screwed it back up! That's the only way it would work for me without having to break my fingers pulling on the upper cable lol
I literally did not even look at the manual and just followed this video. It plus the comments helped this total novice put it all together in just under 2 hours. I was thinking I may get stuck and need my husband's help with it but I thought I'd give it a shot and I ended up finishing it before he got home. 🙌 Thanks so much for making this video!
Thanks to you I have the entire right side of my machine and the display together! The bolt for the left arm assembly was WAY TOO TIGHT for me to remove on my own. As soon as I get assistance, I'll have it together in no time. I appreciate your time!

Ive had the machine sitting for 2 months because i had no clue how to put it together since instruccions are complicated! Husband works long hours and i have a 11 month old , it would have taken me so much longer if it wasnt for your video! You made it soooooo much easier! Thank you sooooo much!!!

I just assembled this unit and it works great. One tip about connecting the cable; After you insert the top cable into its place on the bottom cable, you may be inclined to pull the bottom cable upward onto the top cable. Instead, pull the top cable downward, as this cable has spring tension. The bottom cable does not have spring tension, so it will appear the cable is not long enough.

Hi there. Awesome instructions! The Manuel looked like an alien wrote it! I am usually very very good at assembling items, furniture, desks, etc, but between the migraine headache I had plus the kids yelling in the background, and the wife rushing me to get it done, knowing she’s not gonna use it until next week, LMAO, the instruction manual felt and looked like IKEA instructions mixed with Hieroglyphics, LOL! Your directions and video majorly helped me to get this done without upsetting my headache! Props to you, Thx a bunch! P.S - Side note, the only thing you didn’t show or mention, was the 2nd part of the tension cable top connection , where you have to slide the round piece that the tension cable comes out from in the hole on top of that metal hook thing. That was actually the most difficult part overall!! Took like 15 min, a 2nd person to hold the bar, and I felt like I was going to break it when sliding it over the hook/hole, lol. (Thankfully, directions had 4 detailed pics of that process.) I guess I did it right 🤷♂️ . Anyway, THX AGAIN FOR SAVING ME 2 HOURS and refraining from a ton of F-Bombs!!! You are a legit life and time saver!!!God Bless Brother 🙏. Take care.
Thanks for the video. You made it look easy my friend. I agree with most that the assembly manual was way too confusing to follow although I managed to get through it. I do give the manufacturer props for great customer support. I tightened one of the swinging bar screws so tight that it broke inside the handle bar assembly. I called and was able to get the screw and handle bar assembly replaced and in a few days was able to complete the assembly of the unit.
Thanks a lot for this video. If it wasn’t for it I wouldn’t been able to assemble my machine. Way better than the manual. Special thanks to Jeremy for the comment where he explains how to hook the tension cable. After I read it I was able to do it by myself.

This was very helpful thank you so much! Only problem that I’m having is that I’m trying to attach the back of the left pedal and that long black screw doesn’t fit. I got the right one in but I can’t get the left one to screw in. Any tips?
Very good explanation. Mine wasn't as good on the exercise bike I assembled a couple of weeks ago. I didn't use audio on my video. Even though the two pieces of equipment are of different brands, the base bars and the tensioner assemblies look remarkably similar.

I just got my machine after I was lectured by my DOC due to my diabetes and I'm not the kind of people that likes to exercise..🙁 I had a little hard time with the TENSION HOOk so I had to call my son to help just for that part...thanks for this great video I was about to finished it myself...thanks again..🙏🙏🙏

Awesome video! Thank you it helped tremendously! I put it together by myself in about 1hr 20min. I also took my time. At first I thought it would be more difficult, also some of the comments helped as well. @Jeremy Poparad, Thanks for the cable tip! Also don’t forget to place your caps on the nuts after you are all done. Mine is a little wobbly so I have to figure out what to adjust. Looks like one of the wheels is made a little off. Great video! I had one hinge bolt on the right side that just wouldn't thread! We sprayed it with garage door lube then I read the "alternate assembly directions" located at the top of the page in the booklet. You just loosen the bolt on the connecting joint and it will allow the bolt to go through straight.
I have some trouble with hooking the tension cable and tension hook together right near 2:06. It seems like the cable just isn't long enough to fit through the hook, and I tried to pull and nothing...did you have any trouble with it or any advice?

Great. Looking in to refresh my memory as I've had one of these before. Found it quite nice for what I was seeking. However, I'd spend more time on the tension connection, as it can be very confusing and not as simple as you make it out to be. otherwise, great show!

Yes, that helped me a little.
TENSION CABLE: The tension knob must be turned all the way to low (left) FIRST that way it feeds extra cable :)

Great video! I had one hinge bolt on the right side that just wouldn't thread! We sprayed it with garage door lube then I read the "alternate assembly directions" located at the top of the page in the booklet. You just loosen the bolt on the connecting joint and it will allow the bolt to go through straight.

I have some trouble with hooking the tension cable and tension hook together right near 2:06. It seems like the cable just isn't long enough to fit through the hook, and I tried to pull and nothing...did you have any trouble with it or any advice?

Great. Looking in to refresh my memory as I've had one of these before. Found it quite nice for what I was seeking. However, I'd spend more time on the tension connection, as it can be very confusing and not as simple as you make it out to be. otherwise, great show!
