another thing i've come to learn is that not everyone is going to like you, i've stopped trying to please others just for the sake of their happiness and i've stopped doing this, took so much pressure off of me but I feel great knowing that I don't have to please everyone just for them to like me, I can always surround myself with others who accept me for who I am naturally instead of pretending everything :)
YESS!i used to do this so much i felt like there was never a time i didn't feel pressured/insecure,i learned this a couple months ago and it's really given me peace ❤️

ive recently come in terms with this fact. this girl i used to talk to suddenly started ignoring me, and whenever i say hi to her she doesnt reply. after this happened for a few days, i figured she just didn't like me anymore. i hadn't done anything wrong, or at least nothing that i know of, and this ruined my days every time i thought about it. i was so upset with myself because i had done something to make her dislike and ignore me. but I've realized that i tried my best to be her friend, and if she doesn't like me even after that, what can i do? 🤷♀️ it's impossible to please everyone

I am a 12 yr old, and I got my menarche (first period) 5 months before turning 9, it's such an stress for me, talking to girls who won't understand what I say to them because they haven't experienced it, my lord, I can't with these adults that don't understand that since you get your first period ALL OF YOU, including mentally, psychologically and socially start to change, it's not a thing of age, it's a thing of UNDERSTANDING, and knowing puberty, adolescence and they're whole process. When I'm in my classroom, I feel like I'm sharing class with 5 YR OLD KIDS, why? Because most of my classmates (specially boys) are SO IMMATURE and IGNORANT, the one I mostly hate was recently discussing with me because I told him a 1st GRADE kid read better than him, and on certain point he told me "at least I don't solve my problems with a psychologist". That fucked me up. I even pulled his hair as he wasn't listening to my comeback and he hitted me, I hit back and he stayed mad at me, like, HOW CAN YOU BE SO IGNORANT? AT LEAST I DON'T FIGHT WITH ANYONE THAT HAS DIFFERENT OPINIONS THAN MINE.
The thing with having your period since a young age isn't the period itself, or dealing with that bloody stuff, I say it, *it can cost you a lot, lots of things like going to the beach ruined because of it, but if you get your period at a young age, KEEP IT, DEAL WITH IT, it's way better than dealing with a horrible smell for the rest of your life caused by the pills that they give you to suspend it* , the thing with the period is dealing with the changes it gives to your life, you need to learn that everyone is different, and not everyone is smart or the same as you, you need to learn how to deal with changes, because they won't stop coming, if you need someone to tell how you feel, always search for an adult or an psicologist, a therapist if it's needed, but search for someone to talk to, it doesn't matter what people tell you, needing help and reaching for it is way too different than keeping yourself IGNORANT and harming yourself deeply in the inside, cheer girls, you are not the only ones struggling with this, even tho it doesn't seem like that now, it'll soon be the greatest thing that has happened to you.

I appreciate all the tips, and here's mine for you. If you ever get braces, glasses, and study alot, that doesn't make you weird or nerdy, these things can help you become successful!
The heating pad is true, because warm things help to relax your muscles, so this tip is also valid for any other body pain you might feel! And ice is used to help with blood circulation, thats why you use it to avoid swelling!
So remember:
Warm things to help with pain
Cold things for swelling/circulation problems!
