I saw them in Berlin this saturday - can't stop grinning. The compositions are crazy beautiful: 80s TV Themes + Metheny Group + fusiony shredding. Can't wait for the record.
We ABSOLUTELY need more footage from this band, if the world needed anything else, pedro and justin got together and played music, the best of the best!
@@vavafilhoExatamente. Tem muito do Toninho e das Minas Gerais no som do Pedro. O que me surpreende é que as improvisações mais recentes do Pedro revisitam uma linguagem do Allan Holdsworth e obviamente tem a mão do Kurt nisso aí
@@thedrinkerofH2O I know, but did you get my point? The word 'Mistério' in Portuguese, phonetically speaking kinda sounds like 'Me, Stereo'. As an analogy of the album being kinda like in his own stereo FM radio station. That's what I meant.
Been trying to learn this on guitar all day. If anyone in the future knows of a playthrough video, or has access to guitar stems to this song, and happens to see this comment, it would be much appreciated if you could direct me to them.
@@eficer04No tabs or playthroughs that help anymore than this video, but I've managed to learn most of the song. Still don't have the pre-chorus 100% down.
Any update on when the record will be out? Pedro says “Feb 11th” in this video but that has come and gone I can’t find anything about it at all online. Can’t wait 😂
Great music! Love the composition. Excellent playing. Would have enjoyed a bit more artistic use of dynamics from the highly skilled drummer. The song seems like it could have benefitted from some space to ""breathe"... some elasticity, release as well as tension. Overall, enjoyed it. Makes me think of where Bill Connors might have been trying to go with his "Step It" album, which I love.
These kids, man. The future is bright as fuck. And Genevieve over there grinning ear to ear. Feel it.

Its nice to see that Holdsworth lives on in some sence 😌
Couldn’t agree more
I was thinking the same thing on a certain level.
I'd say more of Metheny feel than Allan...
@@tvccs6542Metheny and Mays for sure!

I learned the joy of never being good enough but proud of getting better at your path
Huge amount of Lyle Mays and Metheny in there but still sounds fresh as hell, fantastic playing, incredible

Great , thanks for sharing, looking forward to his next release. This tune has some beautiful, tricky chord changes....
Genevieve Artadi, all smiles and grooving w/ the music, standing behind CF.
I assume Allan Holdsworth had some hanky panky with the milkman? here are his offspring. AMAZING ! Peace from Detroit MI.
From Pedro: “this is a song of mine called
"polos" .. will be on my next album "radio mistério"
Hi !!! how do i watch this full show ??? Thanks
I realize the title could also work as ' Radio Me, Stereo'
It’s really cool!

Pedro's album is postponed but on the way
at todays concert here in Cologne he said in May
May 12th
Pedro must be responsible for that Holdsworthian solo on Genevieve's song, Visionary.
without a doubt
He is
which bar/venue?
ETA Jazz Bar and Lounge in Highland Park, Los Angeles.
me lembrou de uma música de pat metheny chamada ''jaco''
Are those two behind the keyboardist, Louis Cole and Genevieve, from Knower?
Wonderful music!
Nerd questions here: I really like the cymbals that Justin Brown is using here. Can anyone identify what they are? Thanks in advance!
Did he say “Pedro Mushrooms” to himself when introducing the band at the end?
This is very cool!!! 2nd Wave European Post modern jazz rock music.
He's Brazilian, tho

I've spoken with Bill. He's still around. Last I heard, he was living in Vegas. Afterburner is a great album too.
