As well as a high-end 2 channel stereo, I also have integrated a full Dolby Atmos setup and the more cables I shield the quieter my room becomes! In fact the last group of cables I shielded just happened to be my HDMIs (chord clearway) and lo and behold the room became quieter yet again! Absolutely love chord cables especially my epics
Hey, you made a great decision, I bought mine about 7 months ago to match my 11 month old Marantz pm 6007. I will point out do not forget the usb slot on the cd player, I have 800 flac albums on 8 usb sticks, & you can play multi albums without keep changing discs plus the hi res flac files sounds amazing. That's a bonus. Enjoy. 😃. P.s. what music are you into & I can advise on getting flac albums very cheaply.
hey ! I generally listen to all kinds of music except heavy metal , I generally listen to all kinds of music except heavy metal . Some time ago I would say that this CD player is super cool, but as you can see, I have an all-in-one amplifier from the Naim company , and when i stream music from it i can't listen to this cd player anymore . I tried to use this dac cd-player A as well as using an optical cable to send a signal to dac in the amplifier , but it only got worse . Soon I will do a full review of this cd-player and explain everything , But I have to tell you that for the price it's still good and even the best
@@jprivet hi . In short - DAC in Nova is just better in any way , from marantz sounds like old scool record player compar to nova . But still worth to listining
@Witczak Audio UK That model marantz has won product of the year every year since its release to date by what Hifi in the under £1000 price bracket with an updated dac made especially for it. I have the matching marantz amp too. Total set up with a rega planar 3 for vinyl & Bowers & Wilkins 607 s2 silver anniversaries due to not a lot of room. Definitely don't sound like an old school record player, I have been buying hifi for 47 years so I know what an old school record player sounds like compared to the marantz.
@@WitczakAudioUK thanks for the response - look to hearing more. At the moment I am using a cheap Sony Blu-ray player via coaxial digital into the Nova and the sound is acceptable for the rare occasions I spin a CD. Hoping the Marantz will be a step up from there.
Hello. Im planning on buying this player. Does it play gapeless cds? (like a cd from a live concert that has no interruption/gap between tracks) Does it play continuously without making a pause between tracks? Thank you.
Nicely shown. 👍👍👍 My friend Sebastian over on his "My Hi-fi experience" channel uses that CD player with SONUS FABER LUMINA III speakers, if you have the time to have a look, I'm sure he would be very grateful. Sorry I can't remember if you visit his channel already. 😉 Jim 🏴🙂
I would connect the cd player to the amplifier via the coaxial input , then you are using your amplifiers DAC which I’m sure sounds better than the marantz DAC

Hey there, I have a Nova too and was about to buy a CD 6007 as a transport - are you saying that the sound is much worse? Cheers

Unfortunately, it will play with breaks because there is no such buffer
@@WitczakAudioUK Thank you. Its really a bummer, but i think modern cd players are all like that unfortunately.. I dont know why..
The chord c- line is a nice
Cable
Now is overpriced in USA, before pandemic cost $499, now $799
Well, I can't believe it I probably wouldn't pay for it anymore, the price is close to McIntosh
Thank you

@@WitczakAudioUK nice one Sir 👍
What is the length of the power cable?
I tried measure it without disconnecting my equipment but it's quite long around 1.5metres
@@WitczakAudioUK Thank you very much for replying!

I am quite sure Naim's DAC doesn't sound better than Marantz' DAC.
Totally agree, the Marantz DAC was a new upgraded especially for the 6007.
Witam ,a jaki kabel użyć do remote connector? Chodzi i używanie jednego pilota od wzmacniacza
Pozdrawiam
Who can tell me if there is the cd-text function?
It is my friend ! If you use USB drive . U will get all meta data
