I have a friend who has the smaller version and he really likes it. Also the Dewalt tile saw is very good. Hope this helps, don’t forget to subscribe!!
With that large sliding table, do you feel like you’re way leaning over the table when cutting smaller pieces? Trying to decide between the Ridgid and Dewalt 10” saws. Only $100 in price difference. Thanks!
I don’t feel like I’m leaning over the table. Feels the same as the Dewalt in that regard. We have the Dewalt as well. I feel like the Dewalt table slides better then the Ridgid.
I think that Rigid is also top of the line equipment however not the " Industry standard tool" like Milwaukee or Dewalt. But Definitely not cheaper DYI Ryobi catagory either. I have lots of Ryobit BTW LOL. But on my job they have Dewalt and Milwaukee.
I always put my pump into a bucket of clean water. That will keep your pump alive for longer and keeps the saw overall much cleaner. MY 9 year old ridgid just gave out on me. I have to grab another one tomorrow so Im checking reviews lol
I do the bucket on the side but the pump goes through water like mad. How much water do you go through day or do you put a hose To feed water into the bucket?
This thing is a beater with a warranty. The tile and porcelain guys like to sneer at the cheaper tile saws for having tables that wiggle a little. But for a landscaper who wants to chop up brick pavers and flagstones without bending over with the dusty ass cutoff saw all day, it's a sweet machine! The tolerances needed for pavers are much much looser than it would be for porcelain, tile, or travertine overlay.
Used it all day! Great so Far! No Complaints
HONESTLY... this is the BEST reveiw I found on this machine ! I'm going to go buy mine now.
Thank you so much! If there’s any other tools you want to know about let know and tell your friends I’m here.
Best review it's the only video that answered all my questions. Thank you.
I picked up the R4093 and love it.
Awesome!!!
What model is that one the r 4091 or 4093
Nice review I use the miter a lot when I have to make 10 tiles all the same size , just measure the first and all are the same
Thanks for watching, Hope you subscribe and share us with your friends

Ok ,who is this man?

Witch one would you by again DeWalt or Ridgid?
@michaeltangusso9801 Ridgid
@@CookeSonsCarpentry I was looking at the rubie dt10 as well looks like a nice saw .
@michaeltangusso9801 rubis are VERY GOOD. If it cuts as long as the Ridgid get that.
I inherited one from a friend. Astronomically better than cutting by hand, but the blade wobbles and the table wobbles.
Might need a new blade
Just got one for like $140USD (220CAD), used for one job. Pretty pumped on it!
That’s great! I hope it works well for you.
Between the Rigid and Dewalt, which do you feel gives the most accurate straight/clean cuts with minimal wobble in the slide?
They both cut straight. The sliding table on the Dewalt is smoother, but doesn’t make as long of cuts as the Ridgid.
Thanks for the quick response. I bought the Rigid today and the cuts were good after I swapped the blade.
Wheels are a definite plus.
What is the clearance between the blade and the arm? Thanks!
I believe 10”. Thanks for checking out the video. Hope you subscribed!
u think dewalt and milwakee is top of the line u should try rubi wet tile saws
I really want to try one of theirs. I like their long saws. I almost got one instead of this one, but the price is a little higher than I want to pay.
We can all use a bit of extra tile support. Love the side piece 🤣
Thanks for checking out the video, hope you subscribe and we hear from you again!
You are so talented and wise for your young age.💁
Great review man I just buy one!!!!
Thank you! I post Reno stuff often. Stay tuned!!

Thanks for checking out my video! I appreciate your time and input.
I run all rigid tools on my jobs the free battery replacement and tool warranty make them better than the rest in my opinion.
is it can cut 4 feet ?
Short answer no, but, If you lock the sliding table in place and put down 1/2” thick foam, you can push 4’ tile through the saw.
@@CookeSonsCarpentry Will it cut straight doing that?

Should have shown one actual cut but good video
Sorry Bud, I have a few “shorts” videos where I use the saw. I need to do a cut video in-full.
Your splash guards are backwards, just saying
Fixed them! Thanks Dude, hope you subscribe!
no demonstration? How can you do a review without any demonstration.
I have videos coming up soon that’ll show it in action. Stayed tuned.

That’s cool that it works for that!! My saw has pretty tight tolerances. But Maybe I got lucky. Hope you liked the video, consider Subscribing.
Electric brake
Thanks for the info, when I read your comment I had one of those duh moments lol.
dewalt is over priced & missing some basic features
