    6. Make it a daily habit! Please this is what makes the difference between the casual and the committed. One thing that has helped me all these years is a non stop habit of sketching people wherever I found myself and I have loads of sketchbooks over the years filled with people in different settings from different walks of life and from different countries. Even though I loose focus at times, I have never stopped sketching on a constant basis and this is the real shot of the sketch- inspiration, you must commit to an everyday business. Even if you stop. Just forgive yourself, pick up your pencil and start again! Those plain pages are begging for your creativity! Don't leave them bare!

Wow, that video just almost brought me to tears. I have days where on the train ride home I'm tired from and don't feel like sketching at the moment, but this video just brought me back to life. Thank you! You have a new subscriber!

This advice is a lot more practical than it may sound. You know those things you see and you think they are really awesome looking? Those are things that are kind of easy to doodle from memory, because you're attracted to them, you study them for longer, so if you somehow don't have your sketchbook, go home and sketch that thing to the best of your ability, maybe just parts of the thing, but doodle, put in the time, be loose have fun

Great stuff! I sometimes try sketching out and about on the streets and on trains, but people move too quick for me (or change position, or whatever...). So i end up going back to just skethching from photos on Flikr or something like that., hoping that I'll get quicker. How do you manage to get such great sketches? I guess your model are moving about all the time too!
Looking forward to more videos (I've only just found your stuff).

Hello, I really like both your videos and art.
I have a question about sketching.
How long do you draw one sketch? I heard that short times are no good. If someone draws a lot of sketches but for short time, then he actually repeats the same errors again and again with no time spent on corrections and actually finishing the drawing.
    What do you think?
