The market you go to is a wholesale market. You can't bargain unless you buy in bulk. Because the price is already very cheap. General stores buy things from here to resell elsewhere. If you haggle at other shops outside this market, you won't get the same price as what is sold in the market here anyway 😁😁🙏🙏
