Lovely house and environment. Jamaica need more housing developments like this.
Super nice lots of yard space and a garage 👍
So happy I found you because am working on my Airbnb, Am so inspired.
St Elizabeth my home you doing a good showing all these houses more blessings to you
U get sensible amount of land because it's st Bess,we are used to living on land down there 👍
It’s water coast,, People make sure you all have flood insurance and extra money for extra furniture when it rains it’s flood zone,
This is a beautiful development in St. Bess. Very spacious interior and exterior for future expansion and entertainment. Thanks
This must be the most informative house tour ever seen; thank you!!! Great content and attn to details.
Living room and kitchen area is very dark, master bedroom could do with a en-suite bathroom and a definite no to putting the bed by the window. The staging of this house could have been so much better to really show it off.
St Bess is the Best!! Lovely houses
Lovely homes, lots of space for vegetable garden and fruit trees. Only concern, it is very flat, didn't see any drainage facility or did I miss it? Would prefer home built to avoid flooding.
24 hour security????? Really!! As an investor I would want to know what this means. Would be nice to hear from some of the residents. Many people have bought into this " 24 hr security" nonsense and it's turned out to be a con.. with...working with criminals to terrorise the place. 🙏🏾 that this place is not like that because there are developers out there taking advantage of locals and diasporans alike. Really heartbreaking situation.
Plus did you see the bushes to travel through to get there? This would be such a awesome deal in a different location. I like the development, the design and the landscape.
All de NEGATIVES eh? There will never be the 100% for sure . It takes a community to be in full charge of safety not rulership. Be thy neighbours keeper for in de end it will payoff.BLESSED LOVE
@@quietstorm1050 Wat do u mean by location ??
Hhmmm same I say and now a days is not like back then these criminals have there connection s and there money so they can come there and live with the resident s there
😂😂😂😂exactly
Yet another great showcasing. Love the communities you show.
St Elizabeth is very nice and they have great roads
Cassie you look beautiful. Looks like your slimming down. Great job walking through the house and the description. Thank you.
I love your programme. The living room is very small. The outdoor space is good. If you have money to expand, it's there.
I wish a development like that was in montego bay or trelawny i would grab one, they r beautiful n i love the land space.
St. Elizabeth nice too paula
Stonebrook Manor in Falmouth, Trelawny comes close ish
Try St Elizabeth it not a bad parish and you will be close to a lot of things
As your hubby said a beautiful presentation 👌. I have to say all that price and no bathtub, what's with Jamaicans and bathtub. Why Y'all so afraid of bathtub 🛀.
Love the outdoor space. But The primary bedroom should be bigger with a walk in closet and a bath 🛀 and shower. The entrance to the living room the ceiling is a no for me. Beautiful video overall ❤
Hi family happy Sunday ❤️ always stay blessed 🙌
I love the kitchen. The only thing missing is the extractor fan. Great tour! 👍🏽😁💯
Yes, the extractor is something you can always add down the road.
Very well presented Cass you should be a television presenter , Rasta Man from England
DELPRATT FAMILY 👪 GREAT HOST GREAT PRESENTATION THANK YOU
GOD BLESS YOU
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌
Blessings. Nice presentation. Beautiful Place. Large Lots.
Keep up the good work 👍.
Thank you!
thank you for showing the good side of Jamaica! Great things a gwann!
Love you guys! You said these homes are going fast. Serious question. Who are buying these homes in developments like this? Locals? Those in diaspora?
Like your matching outfits. Nice property thanks for sharing.
You’ve done it again, keep them coming👍
Love those homes 🏡 no bars on the window love t hat
That’s what we like too. Really hate seeing burglar bars
This is where my Mum is from. Still have family in St Elizabeth we also still own a whole lot of family land. This is overpriced especially when you have a lot of land..
40k! Congratulations 👏 🎊
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 thank you!!!
ST E, has reasonably prices! Don't let it miss u. And Andrew is a good realtor!!
Nice I look forward to viewing this entire episode once I get a chance. 🎉🎉looks great so far.
I love that you pointed out the space beside the refrigerator! Great observation
Very impressive I can’t believe these are two bedrooms one more and this is perfect 👌
on a Jamaica standard, this is obviously very expensive for a 2 bedroom small single family home and also that's not quarter acre of land and I heard you correct yourself and said approximately but it still don't look like it's almost quarter acre ( quarter acre can hold 3 of that small overpriced house with driving space)
you crazy as in blind!
That's a very large lot and every bit of 1/4 qtr acre...and the finishing in that home is why it's priced that way...lots of upgrades!
😂😂😂😂 omg
Keep complaining. The homes are selling, so there's demand for it. You may not see the value in it, but others have. Hope you find what you looking for
Nice house n tour I got lots of points from these house tours.
Just hear to support watch this house showing a million Times. Thought they were sold out.
Yes Cassie...you look really nice...great video as usual...love the fact that you get a 1/4 acre of land...but I'm abroad and have no one in Jamaica that I trust. Hope they will still be available in November as a trusted family member will be visiting... Fingers crossed!
I haven’t visited jamaica in 6 years now but I bought a 1/4 acre of land in St Elizabeth December last year now I took the building out of foundation the title was sent to me in the U S I got it cleaned up Survey and get parish council to pass it so everything is legal. Hope you find someone who can be trusted . The builder sent me videos of work he do every day . All the best to you
November is just around the corner. Just try to reach out to the realtor and let them know your intentions
@@viviennechin9466 ok cool thanks. Will reach out to the realtor as suggested
It looking good but why you don’t have a bath tub.Supposed I need a bath where I am going to bath into.
omg, I absolutely LOOOVVEE your video. I love your ideas that you're pointing out and that you are using your body/arms to show us exactly how big the space is! I'm sold!!
Nice house. Love the land space🥰.
First time watching love these gorgeous houses in my beautiful parish
Awesome presentation Mrs.D
Just gonna say I like these houses and that's it
Very nice home, lots of space.🥰🇬🇧🇯🇲🏝️
Big up DF. Keep up the good work. 👊🏾🇯🇲🇬🇧
That was a good presentation Cassie nuff love
Very nice house! ❤luv the backsplash, the accent lighting and the vaulted ceiling’s. I also like the walk in shower. Kitchen cupboards are 👍 but I would want a lighter color wood. The existing is too dark. I did not see a laundry room that’s the only thing missing!!! But overall very attractive with that 1/4 acre space . The Gazebo is a great idea. This is very beautiful with a blend of St. Elizabeth cool breeze. Not sure which Airport is closer to that location. But I’ll check .. 🇯🇲🔥🔥🌲
MBJ
@@tashalittle2079 thx !!
It looking very good comparing to some fowl coob I saw in Cornwall courts it worth the money good job
I love that 🏡 first time I see a house I like. How can I get one to buy? Perfect size. I don't like a big house.
I love the flooring !! Here in the UK, I've been researching exactly the same flooring in the stores
Beautiful presentation Cas👌❤
Yes!,the house 🏠 looks great, but to live in some parts of Jamaica 🇯🇲 is like living in capenigreen Illinois , Campton CA, Bronx NY, dangerous,
I have to have my full bath, I'm an English man
love it St Bess, sorry town but a country a fire now, lots more space and clean fresh air to relax an eat yard food an juice.🪁🐓🍺🍉🇧🇸
I'd love to buy one of these, the yard is huge
Very nice I like how Goshen is developed🥳🥳 I would live in one now😂 move from Mandeville and go down there!
I like seeing these development but the exposure on the camera seems to be set very high, it is hiding the details in the bright areas.
Kitchen back splash is yesteryear and busy. Love the house though. Wishing it was a 3 bedroom
Very nice. My Parish
Yes agree, the back splash is optional though.
That place is wonderful.
Looks good, i love the space
There is no mention of air-conditioning or solar panels even if it's just one panel. It may have two bathrooms but it should also have a separate toilet shouldn't need walk through the bedroom to use the toilet especially if you have family or guests. I'm sure if it comes fully furnished she didn't say. I would rather buy my own furniture's and appliances. With all that land the rooms should be bigger even though it's two bedrooms the bathroom should be bigger in-case the buyer wants to add a bath later most foreign people like a bath and shower local residents and foreigners would be interested in these properties
I dont like the walk through living dining room and kitchen. I would convert thd garage into a separate enclosed living room and have the living room side as an entrance way. Or add on an upstairs and use the downstairs bedrooms as guest rooms. I wasnt keen on the laundry room to begin with nut it makex the kitchen have mote storage space a separate exit. I would put up fencing to both sidez of thd house so people cant walk around from the front as i find it too open, but the large land space is good though and the driveway is spacious. The main thing would be burglar bars, lights cameras to ckoud storage, all around i dont care about gated i want my own security
Love it, bcz it’s a new development it’s going to be costly...so it go, n u have security 👌🏾
Williamsfield Hway coming soon for faster commute 👍🏾
So beautiful ,I love the house
Warm air rises, Jamaica is HOT, how does those ceilings factor in? How much more would it cost to cool it down?
Because warm air rises, high ceiling rooms actually keep cooler than average height ceilings, because the warm air will travel far above the floor level and there's more space for air to circulate. Many people just use ceiling fans. It will be very expensive if you use air conditioning though, if you're not using alternative energy. But, someone commented that the particular area is humid, so there may not be much of a need for air conditioning.
Very gorgeous house, love the flow and layout and the lot size is very spacious... good one.
The developer needs to put all bedroom windows along the same wall.
I usually like classic vaulted ceiling. Not too sure about that one, but I do like the garden space.
Not keen on the kitchen living room layout is a bit off putting.
Room to your house after you bought it. How much is a paid out how much is the pay down
Finally a house with a dishwasher. Most of the others don't carry them. I'm lazy like that, yeah
I love the fact there is no burgular bar all over the house like many other
Ceiling is beautiful!
Cass is a real sales lady, you should go into real estate 💘 love how you two compliment each other, continue making these contents we really appreciate it🙏🏾
THAT HOUSE TOO NICE
TO HAVE SUCH A SMALL
LIVING ROOM. I PASS
Thanks! Any solar energy homes?
Beautiful home and I love your dress
This development is really nice….nuff land
beautiful But I'm not sure of the price$28M, well put together presentation 👏🏿 .
This is a top tier development....they definitely nah do this closer to Kingston/portmore
The kitchen cabinets should be silent closing once. Not that noise when the doors closed. Otherwise, nice unit.
Great job guys! Keep it up! Love watching u guys videos !
Big up yourself family keep up the great job 👍
Beautiful community love this
1/4 acre is massive? Is 1/4 acre larger in your country than in the US? Just asking because 1/4 acre is not a large area...
It is huge in respect for what you typically get in a large housing development anywhere.
@@TheDelprattFamily Ok, within a development I guess that is large
Can u add additional rooms to the back
A House With No Bath Tub...... 😳😳😳😳
This house is beautiful and lots of land apace I'm very impressed 👏
Thanks for sharing 👍
Yeah great! Build on the flat farming land . Looks good Jamaica
You doing nice presentation did the make 3bedrooms +.for how much
Not sure if u mention the fact that you can do addition on the top
I need to move back to Jamaica
Not everythings grows in st. Elizabeth there are times you have to buy water I dont think its the bread basket of jamaica love the design of the celing, the color of the cupboards clashes with the kitchen black splash.
👍👍👍Nice presentation 😁😁😁
Are any of these units available?
22.5 - 23.5 fair value
Nice tour fam
How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Also where in st Elisabeth are these nice homes located.?
Good show
We wouldn’t want to buy it either 😂 28mill fi that ppl come Portland big land an fi 28mill u can have a 3 story with heater an a/c no pool but I live a minute or less from the sea or own private beach for the community I live in smh this no worth it one but
Homes are investments. You build a your 3 storey house and it only has value to you. You buy a home in a gated community, and the cost that you paid will at least keep up with inflation. I bought a house in old harbour in 2011 for 7.2 and just sold it for 19 . I had 8 offers over 18 . Nobody is going to compete for your house outside of a gated community.
@@maxdamion1 sir take several seats.. a house beside me was made for 3 mill and sold for 24 mill ppl buy houses everywhere your logics is not logistical😒… a must the gate ppl a pay for smh
Beautiful houses but the area is so humid.
