Can't believe with that prime location in Lombard/Glen Ellyn that a developer hasn't done anything in 9 years
Have you ever done the abandoned shopping center (lincluding century tile) at i-55 and route 53 in Bolingbrook? There was also an abandoned bank adjacent that was recently knocked down.

Next time I'm up that way I will keep that in mind
I left the 5/3 bank because they adopted rules where they only wanted customers with a lot of money.
That would make a nice restaurant. We had a B of A shutdown and a awesome restaurant opened up!
All these empty Banks need to be future dispensaries for the marijuana they can secure the marijuana in the safes and the cash

No there is no Bakers Square in Lombard however nearby Woodridge still has one off of 355 and I believe that is the only one left in the Chicago area
