Great ride however going backwards wasn't my cup of tea
takes forever going back and then it jolts forward which scraed the shit outta me
The first hill you go up is just pure torture 😂. I love this ride though.

Honestly for a boomarang clone, this is the best Ive ever ridden and is a ride im actually excited for when I got to Lake Compounce.

I went on this ride twice and it is super fun.....but the scariest part is when it begins and you go up backwards!!! When you go on this ride with a friend you will be saying "This is the way I die!" And "I love you and remember me" lol..... But this is still one of my favorite rides!!!

I think it's scariest on the first drop because you feel weightless

It was good they got the Sky Rocket II, even if it is a clone coaster (so is the boomerang). I'd say get a free spin but Six Flags New England is like 45 minutes away. I think a family inverted vekoma coaster would be pretty fitting really, there fun but not wild and good for everyone.

Tornado Freak ASMR it’s soooo fun i was super scared and my friend had to convince me for thirty minutes while i stood in the middle of the walkway😂 trust me, you’ll love it and want to go again and again👍🏻 i went four times in a row! and i was supppppppeeeerrrrrr scared my first time but as we went up the second hill i said to my friend “that was actually really fun!”

This was my first rc... its a really good start with "a heathy" dosage of loops and turns. I recommend this and any similar ones. But when you are going on one of those loops, dont sit up straight cuz the g force will squeeze your spine and you will have back problems for a week! ×D

My first rc was ‘Speed: No limits’ at Oakwood. It used to be the steepest in the world and starts with a vertical journey up, and a *beyond vertical drop* me and my bff were scarred for life 😂

Greatest colour scheme on a boomerang I've ever seen!
It used to be purple and green for years (when I was a wee child) it got the repaint fairly recently and I agree it looks awesome!
I went on this roller coaster two days ago and I absolutely loved it. It does feel pretty intimidating when you’re being pulled up the hill at the start but once you go in the first loop it is so much fun. I definitely recommend riding it if you go!

I looked at this and was like “ok - I could do that.” I’m not a roller coaster enthusiast, so my opinion may not matter. It was a rough ride. Going backwards made me feel so sick to my stomach. And I just remember the force pushing down on my neck/body. Probably not the best coaster to break you in.

This ride is giving me déjà vu. It works and is the same roller coaster as boomerang at Knott‘s Berry Farm. The only difference is that is called zoomerang

This is probably going to a weird post but I've never ridden a Vekoma Boomerang before. In fact I have never ridden a roller coaster that goes backwards unless you count Wicked Twister at Cedar Point (which is an Intamin Impulse). However, lots of people (including my father) said backwards roller coasters aren't really anything special and that there are too many of them (vekoma boomerangs).
Its like drugs. It messes with your head, you don't like the effect afterwards, but you know you'll do it again anyway. Yeah.

this is the exact same coaster as boomerang in knotts berry farm in socal, except it’s bright green and unfortunately was removed a couple years ago
This ride is incredibly nauseating, but a lot of fun. But in my opinion, its outshined by the other three coasters in the park. This one just lacks charm.

This was my first looping coaster, first riding it in 2012 when I was 8 going on 9 (I was terrified of course). Even though it’s a basic layout, it had a long lasting impact on me as a coaster enthusiast. Out of the 3 Vekoma Boomerangs I’ve ridden (this one, Invertigo KI, and Boomerang SFSTL) this one is easily the most memorable, even though I haven’t ridden it in almost 10 years.
Also I count Invertigo as a Vekoma Boomerang, though it isn’t a traditional one.

my friends made me go on this, but the first part when you are going up the hill backwards, it felt like i was falling out of my seat because the seat wasn't tight around my body.

They should still get the new trains for it. But then again Boulder Dash should probably get Timberliner Trains too, it'd be so nice. Did Wildcat ever get GCI MF trains or just the retracking. All this said I like how this park does stuff to keep their older coasters going smoothly like the work they did on boulder dash and the wildcat retracking, better everything is nice and enjoyable than having like two more coasters and half being painful. It'd be cool if they got a vekoma suspended coaster but one of the bigger models like the one going to dollywood in 2019.

Did you know this was called the demon and was painted black and red it was located at wonderland Sydney Australia a theme park that closed on 26 of April 2004 the Southern Hemispheres biggest theme park

My first upside down roller coaster was Aerosmith. I was terrified while my head was down and eyes closed! I went on it twice but in between went on tower of terrors do it took the wind outta me!😂

Oh my goodness that rollercoaster is just like the Sea serpent in Wildwood. I Have been on the Sea serpent and that ride is exactly like it. The sea serpent is so much fun ride it.
It's a very common model, the Vekoma Boomerang. Others in the Northeast are Sidewinder at Hersheypark, Flashback at Six Flags New England, and Flashback at Great Escape.

It's a standard model of roller coaster made by Vekoma. There are many of them all over the world.
We’re going today and I’m watching this to hopefully dwindle my fear.....I’ve been on it many times before but I’ve become quite cowardly tho...anyway
This was my first loop coaster even know I’m 14. I just went today for a school band trip. I’m really skinny and on the loop going backwards I slipped out of the harness and had to pull myself back in.💀
Chance rides should design a model that makes use of all these old boomerangs. Instead of the inversions they have the layout like a hyper gtx just sht loats of air time forward and backward. Just a speghitti bowl of track head choppers ect.

First of all this is not an actual roller coaster this is a copy of the boomerang in Worlds of Fun they just tried to make a new change or twist but it's the same rollercoaster I should know this is not a real roller coaster might look like one but it's not if you go to Worlds of fun you can actually ride the real one
xThexMCxnerdx 1231 It is not a copy. There are around 40 or so of this exact same ride all over the world. The company who manufactures this ride, Vekoma, made it so it was affordable and compact, and many parks bought it.
