The difference between the armor piercing round at the end compared to literally everything is else is massive
I guess is because those are designed to penetrate metal while the other rounds are for hunting and... you know, killing
Yeah, with most of the lead core bullets, all that energy rly does it shatter the bullet into more/faster fragments.That AP core there really doing some heavy lifting^^.
Tungsten is harder than titanium and more dense than lead. It was made to penetrate, especially with a .50 BMG case behind it lol.

Knowing that the wings aren't going to tear off and that titanium can handle it.

TooGray4YOU - problem is how damn expensive it is to make even in small quantities like this.
Titanium shit has been around for almost 100 years now. what prevented the development was cost. theoretically, every soldier can be armed with the batman armors in Nolan movies... provided that each of them have at least 50 thousand USD to spare...
Considering that it costs us more than 50k just to complete one US Army Infantrymen basic training, add like 10 times that amount to get the specialized training and then officers school.... Give them the Titanium Batman Armor... It will balance out as a lot more of them will come home intact and alive.
So a small loan of a million dollars should cover outfitting a few squads with batman armor. Gotcha.

Titanium is about 37% lighter than steel... excellent material for body armor, but very expensive to manufacture/produce.

@@E1zzzZ technically it is bulletproof even armor piercing rounds have problems with it and in regular every day situation's you'll hardly ever run into that last bullet so basically about 4-7mm thick titanium is sufficient enough to make and use as a bulletproof vest not to mention it was a special made bullet just to pierce and it still didn't make it all the way through. 🤔🧐
