I love how you do monthly vision boards! I’m definitely going to incorporate that into my 2022 BuJo! Loved the little chaos 😂 you fixed it so well it looked intentional! Have a very happy New Year, Kaitlin and to everyone here!! 🥳 Enjoy your Winter break 🤍✨
I just found your channel this morning, looking for planner videos to see what's new out there this year....and you are great! I enjoy watching you set up. It's actually quite calming.
Loved your creative solution to your 'happy accident!" Mine was forgetting that February didn't have 31 days and stamping out 10 months incorrectly in my future log. Oh well. Hooray for craft paper cover-ups :D
I love decorative paper, washi, printed individual photos, etc. But they make the pen go crooked on the reverse side (this happens with thick paper journals too). I hate to use only one side too. My printer doesn't print photos on paper well. Sigh, what to do.
Has the ink from the pictures rubbed off since you've done this? How long did you leave the spread open to dry? What type of stamper ink did you use please? Thanks. Lovely spread.
It has not! But my printer isn’t archival so I’m sure it won’t last forever. I use versa magic chalk ink in jumbo Java, it’s a pretty dry ink so it only takes a couple of minutes to dry, but I like to put a sticky note over just in case
Hey Lara! So the paper handles versa magic (chalk ink) really well but other inks like the memento, versa fine (ie the non-chalk inks) tend to bleed through (and ghost a lot more)! It's not super bad with light colours, but I would definitely avoid using dark coloured inks bc it goes right through!
May I ask you a question about your alphabet stamps? I have the same ones but can't seem to use them without getting ink all over the place and on my hands. How do you use them without that happening? What's the best way to keep them clean between uses? Thanks.
Hey! Happy to help out! So I have two big things I do to keep my stamps clean (side note: I'm no expert but this has worked for me) 1. First, I gently tap the stamp on the ink pad so only the raised part (ie not the whole stamp) gets ink on it and then I gently touch it to the page (I find for letter stamps especially you don't really need to apply any pressure to transfer the image). This helps with the stamp image transferring more cleanly plus, not getting those corner ink marks from the stamp 2. I always clean my stamps in between uses (unless I'm using the same letter 5 seconds later with the same ink colour) using water on a paper towel. To do this I tap the stamp on the wet part of my paper towel until I can't see any ink transfer when I press it down and then let it dry for a couple seconds Does that make sense? I hope that helps, I'm thinking of making a stamping video in the new year so I'll definitely note to include a 'how I stamp' portion of the video ☺️
Thanks for sharing! Don't forget to add an 'l" to your monthly refresh page. Sorry, once a teacher, always a teacher. I pick up spelling mishaps everywhere.
You’re so welcome Angela! ahaha yah, I usually don’t go back an correct my stamping just because it can get squishy and messy really quickly, and besides my ‘monthy’ refresh list is kinda growing on me haha
Hi guys! Happy (almost) New Year! I hope you all have a wonderful end of 2021 and an even better start to 2022 💕 See you in January!

Now that is a great solution!

Hi and thank you for welcome me, and oh yeah my cat Joy says Hi also.
Ahhhh hi Nancy, hi Joy! Welcome welcome!
YAAAAAAAY CHAOS!!!! 😁🤪😉
Hahah oh yes, you’ll love this one then 🙃
Do you have a link for your larger alphabet stamp set? Thanks! Love this!
Yes! I totally forgot to add that to the description, but its in there now! The taller stamps are from a shop on Etsy ☺️

I only realized yesterday that next week is also next year and I still haven't absorbed it.
Nope, still in denial over here as well 😅
This video felt like an indie movie on journaling, especially with that ending.... :P
Hahaha tbh I don’t watch a ton of indie movies but I’ll take it! Thanks Aladdin!
Yeah.... that's when I just glue the two pages together and start over lol
hahaha a noble approach 👍🏻
Love the Dutch Anthem on the beginning hahahah
We love a good auld lang syne to kick off the first 2022 plan with me 👍🏻👌🏻
How is the dot grid Stalogy handling stamp ink? I’m really interested in getting the same journal, I would love your thoughts!

@@KaitlinGrey thanks so much!😀
Nice what do you mean by habits?
Things I want to consistently do during the month! Like journalling, reading, working out, etc!
