Your system has grown and changed so much in the last 2 years that I’ve been following your content. It’s really amazing to see because it speaks so strongly to how our journals/planners evolve as the seasons of life change. I also love a good chunky journal, it feels like a representation of a life well lived. It also encourages us to pause and really think about what deserves space in our memories; what’s worth holding on to 🤍
It’s so true, I also noticed for me, that my journals changed a lot when I moved from being a student to being a full time working human (lol). Different life stages = different journal needs ✨ Also yesss I’m already noticing this notebook chunking up, and while i love the growth, I don’t want it to get too unwieldy, so I definitely gotta be more picky about what I stick in :P
it’s cool to see how your system has changed since you posted your lineup at the start of the year! i started 2023 in a A6 stalogy for clean and minimalistic journaling as well, but i started to miss the travelers notebook style of journaling with a lot of stickers and ephemera. so i switched for the start of april 😅
This is the best of both worlds. I love the day per page of the Hobonichi, but I need the extra notes pages without having to keep a separate book. Maybe Hobonichi will come out with something similar one day
Still loving your updated system. BTW, thanks for the shout-out regarding the name. Really like the photograph overlays of some posts. That's so cool - it's like a neat little surprise. By being selective and intentional, you have just enough deco so that it won't bulk up the notebook too much. Excited with you in this new process!
I really enjoyed this video! Thanks for sharing your process. A quick question: where do you keep all of your lists and misc notes? Grocery lists, shopping lists, maybe planning ideas for a friend's birthday, a packing list for a trip, something interesting you heard on a podcast ... those types of things?
I usually put lists on sticky note, or in the collections/commonplace section, or if I don’t have my journal around, I’ll write it down in my notes app 👩💻
Love how neat and clean all the pages look. When your daily doesn’t take up the page do you decorate to fill space or don’t mind leaving it blank? Ever think of consolidating to 2 days a page to save paper?
Hi @Kaitlin Grey! Such a delightful new Bujo-System that you create! Well done! :D ... But, what about your other 2 Notebooks?! Thus this means that you will stop using/maintaining your : - A6 Stalogy (aka Life Log) - and your Passport Travelers Notebook (aka Memory Keeping) ...? Keep it up the good vibe! :)
It is cool that you have done all this work. However, how can you see the lines, once you write on the page before? I have a Stalogy that I used for less than 5 days because the lines are so faint.

Me too, I'd try out a hobonichi if they came out with a book like this!

Thank you! Yesss I gotta be super selective with the photos I choose because the notebook is already starting to get chunky 🙈

Great set up. I love setting up my own calendar book. I find it fun and relaxing. Thank you for sharing. Stay well.
yessss, its so calming drawing all the pencil lines 😌
I love the new set up!
thank you ☺️

Sometimes I add a sticker to fill the space, other times I fill it with a photo, or a journal entry :)

Hey, yes, so this notebook will replace my life log and I’m using my passport tn for something else now 🤓
It is cool that you have done all this work. However, how can you see the lines, once you write on the page before? I have a Stalogy that I used for less than 5 days because the lines are so faint.
I can see them but stalogy notebooks are definitely on the lighter end so they might be too light for some people’s preferences
Where do you get the tabs from? X
Are you still using the traveler's journals?
Yes! I’m using my passport with sticker release paper to hold stickers I haven’t put in my journal yet, and my regular for long form journalling :)
