My sis & bro in law have a zen garden, but WOW!!! Amazing colors, shapes, its like tactile overload but in a good way! Thank you SoCall Tropics for letting us have a HUGE peak! Jimmy, OUTSTANDING!!!! 2 Thumbs up!
My mind has been completely changed and relieved because of these people. I stress out so much over my plants when one left yellows or browns. Plant care is so much easier that I’ve interpreting it to be because of what I’ve been seeing online from other content creators. Love your channel so much you have so many useful videos!
What an absolutely amazing beautiful place! Thank you for sharing. Thanks to SoCalTropics for letting us into their beautiful home. Very knowledgeable people! What a great couple! Thanks so very much for sharing and all that you do. Have a great day!💜🍃🌺🌴🌵
I love the way they mingle there plants together like they would do in the wild. This is my idea of heaven and I would like to thank them for sharing there plants with us all. Thank you jimmy for these videos. I’ve watched them all twice. Take care everyone 😊🌸💕🌱
Thanks so much Tracy! They were very kind and generous with their time and knowledge. I'm glad to keep showcasing good people and different planting approaches. Cheers and stay safe!
OH man , I thought that it couldn't get better, but it just got better . Amazing plants , amazing video and amazing people . Sorry it's come to an end . Thank you Jimmy for yet another great video and thank you to Socaltropics for letting us into their home. Be well and stay safe everyone .
Hi Jimmy, wondering if u find a new appreciation for more " common plants " and appreciate all that nature has to offer. Love ur channel, things r ramping up in Canada. Everyone stay safe ♡
Hm I think I would say I'm finding a greater appreciation for "easy to care for plants". Most common plants tend to be easy so there's that. As for rare vs common, I think most of us are drawn to certain patterns or colors or shapes regardless of rarity. Cheers and stay safe!
Yeah, these tropical gardens are pretty uncommon in the US outside of FL. And it's always great to showcase good passionate plant people. This was a pleasure indeed. Cheers and stay healthy man!
🤔 Wednesday sounds like a good day to START listing plants 🌱 on eBay & instagram - the selection will be changing/ varying throughout the selling seasons. The suspense.
My weather is great but my place is a tiny condo without any outdoor space. It's something I decided to give up on when I decided to live near the beach. Cheers!
Hey Jimmy! Maybe you can help me! I staked my monstera to a moss pole almost a year ago with twine and it hasn't attached itself to the pole at all :( I tried maintaining the pole moist so roots would grow, but only aerial roots have grown! Any tips?
I didn't see any fruit. Do you get any fruit from your Monstera Deliciosa; mine has not fruited yet because it does not get enough sun. I must move it to a better site and give it some TLC. I have a shady site here in AUS.
If I had to get rid of all my plant channels I would keep you and Nick P. Planterina not far behind you two. You two do it professionally with the most knowledge, properly presented. Though I got to say Nick is hitting on everything people want to know of which facing window the plant is in. How often to feed, water. How long it took to grow that size etc. I'd love to know where the curly stake sticks come from? I refuse to buy any none common, or rare plants that turns brown for lack of high humidity or is a major bug magnet. I hate diva plants no matter how pretty they are and yet so costly. I want to be able to leave my home for a week and not worry of having to get a sitter lol.
So very kind of you Jude! It's a privilege to even be mentioned in the same sentence as those two. They both have a lot more plant knowledge and experience than I do. Thanks so much and best to you and yours!
Kathy Macomber we generally don’t have too many pest issues but to explain would have to be a couple more videos - I used to be a licensed structural & agricultural pest control technician for 10 years not to mention all of the non licensed years. It can get very technical.
There is still one more episode - don’t write us off just yet 😂 - like a soap opera show, jimmy hasn’t killed us off yet. 🤭😲
Thank goodness for that. Love this soap opera.
That's great I enjoy seeing all the amazing plants and learning from someone with your knowledge. Thank you. Stay well. Have a great day!💜
Noo way i love this channel i just dont usually comment wooo
It's been so nice to watch and rewatch all your episodes during this past week. I bet I'll rewatch again this week!
Where do you get your curved plant poles? They look great!
Pray for jimmy for he is back at work today - best wishes jimmy & stay safe - jack & Christi/ socaltropics.
Thanks so much! We'll all get through this!!

I can grow many things in Florida, the same way. So enjoyable to see other people with the same passion.

One of those plants that's worth the spider mites * *laughs in triostar* *
Wow 9:29 what a beautiful area
Yeah it's pretty hard to find such large aurea in the US! Thanks for tuning in Mandy and stay safe!
So Jimmy, are you planning to now use some of your outdoor space for tropical plants? I believe you're in SO Cal right so temps should be okay?
My weather is great but my place is a tiny condo without any outdoor space. It's something I decided to give up on when I decided to live near the beach. Cheers!
Hey Jimmy! Maybe you can help me! I staked my monstera to a moss pole almost a year ago with twine and it hasn't attached itself to the pole at all :( I tried maintaining the pole moist so roots would grow, but only aerial roots have grown! Any tips?
Perhaps wrap/place some spagnum moss between the trunk and the support. You may have to tie/wire it on. And wet it ocasionally.
Daayyyyyyyyyyymmmmmmmmnnm😍😍😍

Lin Mal yes we get Monstera fruit every year. With Monstera age of the plant is the factor in fruiting.

Do they have special insurance on their plant collection?
haha I'm not sure how home insurance plans work these days
No - we just hope there is never a house fire 🔥.
What's that variegated plant next to the monstera at 10:45 ?
Al /// A ficus tree of some type - not sure of what kind of species/ variety , is not common.
Do they treat for bugs..how

Oh well thank you for your reply
What's yr soil composition
Gagan Sharma Approximately 50% perlite by 50% regular miracle grow potting soil.
I got a pink princess for 25 bucks in south Florida
Lots of amazing deals and plants to be found in FL for sure! Congrats and stay well my friend.
Is it just me or yellow variegation is more attracting than white?
I’d take one aurea over 2-3 albos any day.
Did u stole few cutting?
Lol I usually don't film and steal on the same day ^_^
They got very beautiful plants 😍😍
@@LegendsOfMonstera hahahaha
I hope you don't die fighting Covid19 :3
Jake Ryker wow such a harsh comment
