The chess collection started by Akın Gökyay, the founder of the foundation, in 1975, entered the Guinness Book of Records on January 31, 2012; In Turkey, the first and only chess collection has been registered. Among the chess sets that reflect the cultural characteristics of the countries from which they are taken, there are thematic sets such as Harry Potter, Asterix and the Smurfs, as well as sets that reflect the historical and political events. Collection; There are chess sets made of different materials such as wood, metal, fish bone, marble, soapstone, felt, polyester.
