I’m thinking of making my holiday trip this year to somewhere further north. I’m drawn to the NYMR and would ask if there’s a campsite close to the Railway.
@@Madonsteamrailways there are many campsites along the NYMR. Which end of the line are you thinking about eg Whitby, Grosmont, Goathland, Levisham or Pickering
@@jameshardy1012 I've just had a week in the Levisham coach (we had a week in the Goathland one last year). The experience is wonderful, but the simple answer on cost is "not cheap". Not an alternative to camping, that's for sure.
Is the silencer on the 47 being sorted? It seems there hasn't been much luck with motive power of late, hopefully Repton lasts a little longer in service this time.

There's camping coaches at Levisham and Goathland you can stay in. Though I'm not sure what the cost is
