Definition of brat: Someone who is loud, obnoxious, and whines until they get until they want. Usually a child character, and more often or not gets no punishment...unless they push SOMEONE to the edge. What? We gotta define shit in this show. Also holy shit WORDGIRL! That stuff was my childhood man, and I definitely remember some of the iconic villains and characters, such as him. I think another brat from the show that is actually a recurring antagonist is Arlene, aka Birthday Girl, whose whole personality was whining it was her birthday every day, and she would turn into the hulk when she got mad. There's some interesting moments from the show I remember, such as her polluting the neighborhood, cheating at golf, and devouring the candy factory. Don't remember much about it, but WordGirl was still such an iconic show.

This is the pre-psychotic Penelope, which did not go fully crazy until her second speaking episode... To cover Penelope in whipped cream! She did not get another speaking appearance until the 28th episode of Season 2, "Sister Pact." Where she tries to sabotage Brianna's Poise Posse audition by throwing paint, causing mass property damage, and much, much more. When we first see Penelope again, it was a flashback sequence, with her laughing evilly and doing a evil grin, but after Kick ruined Brianna's audition, Penelope Patterson becomes a Poise Posse member, and people started to cheer for her, as she grins evilly whilst Brianna is angry. She did not appear until the third act of the episode, when she greeted her enemy, and wanted to walk to the audition together and told her as a member, she likes to support eager young candidates... Yeah, right. Brianna tells her she would rather breathe bike tire air then walk with her rival... Later on, Gunther and Kick listen in as Penelope tells Brianna who is her escort, as Brianna is confused, as she tells she still doesn't have one, with Brie replying that her escort will be awesome in control and elegant, with Pen-Pen quipping about Mr. Cheese Spray from last year, and shrugs about it. She then bullies her by telling her she is going to fail, What is this kid, some kind of movie critic or a mini Denzel Crocker? Or some kind of mix between the two? She tells her not to lose her cool, and then laughs at her, as she leaves. We will not see her again until the auditions... As she smarmily says that her brother being her escort meaning she will fail for sure, and waves goodbye to Brianna in a polite, but evil way... Kick does a epic somersault, The judges are impressed, Penelope is shocked, and it comes down to this... the song. Kick struggles to sing, with Brianna being confident with him, telling him that he can do it, as Penelope smells failure in her voice, as Clarence starts singing the song, as Penelope thinks they like it, and starts beginning sabotaging the performance, starting with untying knots, and causing one of the stage sets to collapse, with her continuing to do this, until almost every one of them have fallen, in a act of attempted murder, she then grabs paint and attempts to throw it at Kick and Brianna, but they gracefully dodge it, as the last stage set falls, with them both cheating death, as Penelope tears up her own hat, making her lose her own sanity, turning her into a child version of DCAU Joker mixed with a little bit of Denzel Crocker from the Fairly OddParents, as she psychotically finds a saving grace in a chandelier, as she tries to kill our duo one last time, as the brother and sister jump over a stage set to save themselves from certain death... Penelope then has a psychotic rant about Kick not even wearing a real tuxedo, and when she knocked over the set, she was supposed to lose her temper, and her cool... as she was supposed to fail. The judge tells Penelope off, and tells her that her behaviour goes against everything they standed for... and was now dismissed from the Poise Posse... as Penelope says that she loves the Poise Posse, and then starts to throw a tantrum, and then be covered in paint, making Penelope leave the stage... literally!
Not only was Royal Dandy meant to be hated unlike some of the so called protagonists, but unlike most shows talked about, I actually do enjoy WordGirl when looking pass Royal Dandy as a character
I mean...in the books Caillou is 9 months old and thus has no understanding of right and wrong, in the show he's 2-4 so in the show he's only just developing the sense of right and wrong. This kid is old enough to understand stealing is wrong..
