Tbh, the only sole reason we saw the glimpse of karna in bhairava(which btw was not at all expected, like I myself was only predicting him to be the incarnation of Lord bhairav at max which always happens when vishnu takes incarnation like hanuman with ram then again hanuman with krishna but it makes sense cause hanuman will be definitely shown and there's no need for like two shiv avatars) is because he has been reincarnated as karna just like it happened in mahabharat and ramayan. Ohk lemme give the back story. So when bali got defeated in the battle between him and sugreev by ram's arrow, it wasn't supposed to be like that. So when vishnu got back to his prime form in the vakunth, surya dev and indra dev came and said that u played wrong with us cause bali was a player of indra and sugreev belonged to surya and since by cheating, bali got defeated (which he couldn't have ever cause he had the power to extract 50% power of his opponent to him, making him undefeateable) and so to end their tussle, vishnu promised to correct it the next time and that's why then he gave his allegence to indra putra arjun against surya putra karn. So now we know that each character in their past life do come back again with different bodies to compensate for what could not be done by them in their past life. That's why I think everyone who was against krishna in mahabharat with ofcourse 7 cheeranjeevis will again take incarnation so that they could repent for what they did wrong in dwapar yug. That's why ashwathama is there as well as karn is there, cause they both were against krishna and wanted to end him but now given the circumstances, to do the pashyatap, they have to now protect and fight on kalki's side now(I don't personally think, the people who were with krishna's side will come again cause they have already proven their allegence and worthy to end this reincarnation process, and are now free forever from it). He multiple times made us realise by his dialogues specially when he was given the offer to join the rebels the first time, he did said that he tried to be on the both sides but in the end he realised that the only side is our own side, the selfish side, not that I'm saying karna was selfish, in mahabharat he did everything because of his word and never ending promise of friendship to duryodhan but that was because it was duryodhan first who got for his side first. He is also to be seen as giving away money so easily just like karn use to do, give away anything u could ask for(that's why he was called daanveer karn for a reason). Gandiv was not destroyed. Agnidev asked Arjuna to return it as it was to be returned to Varundev. Obeying Agnidev's instruction, Arjuna dropped it in the water. Now that entire Earth is dry, it was found under sand.
No it was broken in the fight between Arjun and some thugs. Gandiv lost its power after Krishna's death. Arjun broke it to pieces to fight off thugs using it as a stick. In the movie the pieces are found by the villain group. They repaired it. I think when the bow sensed vishnu's presence it got its powers back to aid Kalki avatar. But it is too late. Now it is in wrong hands. Only one weapon can fight back it. It is Vijaya bow. But Like Ashwathama said it is like a stick without its owner. So destiny decided to bring its owner back.

Arjuna himself lost strength to use Gandiv and also forgot the names of his divine weapons so he couldn't save the Dwaraka women from the thugs. @@RedTomato_1 I know..I know. I actually read authentic texts. Karna was not a superior warrior in reality (because he never did Sadhana like Arjuna and was always involved in Adharmic activities). I guess here Ashwatthama told that because they were teammates and might have had bias. And it is also true that Karna was also student of Dronacharya and even Parashurama so he must have had nearly equal capability initially but with time, he lost it due to lack of sadhana/practice.

My theory would be like KALKI AVATAR was made from the blood of SRI KRISHNA by SUPREME YASKIN and that could be one of the reason why no bomb couldnot carry it. Because it's a divine birth. It is even stated in history that kalki would appear when human 's cause their destruction. Since PRABHAS is shown as the REBIRTH OF KARNA, it maybe because he might have also been resurrected by YASKIN for divinity lies in his blood. But the project was a failure until Bhairava got his weapon back. Maybe YASKIN might also be somewhat related to Mahabharata or maybe he's someone who was not a great fan of human work.

Example :- in Mahabharata ajun was a incarnation of God Indra , like wise all the other brother was a incarnation of some god. this movie changes things, so we can't be sure. Maybe they show that kalki is born to some other girl and sum-80 gave birth to incarnation of arjun's reincarnation. Director also said that this is the sequel of Mahabharata. Maybe we get to see Karna-Arjuna war again.

when karna was on his death bad he didn't die because of punya(his daan).so lord krishna took form of a brahmin and asked karna to donate his punya and karna donated his punya. so lord krishna gave karna a vardan that in his next life he will be a devotee of him(kalki avtar).

Bhairava is not karn there are two possibilities 1. Vijay dhanush belongs to parshuram who gave it to karn so it's possible that bhairava is parshuram cause parshuram is also a chiranjeevi 2. Tbh, the only sole reason we saw the glimpse of karna in bhairava(which btw was not at all expected, like I myself was only predicting him to be the incarnation of Lord bhairav at max which always happens when vishnu takes incarnation like hanuman with ram then again hanuman with krishna but it makes sense cause hanuman will be definitely shown and there's no need for like two shiv avatars) is because he has been reincarnated as karna just like it happened in mahabharat and ramayan. Ohk lemme give the back story. So when bali got defeated in the battle between him and sugreev by ram's arrow, it wasn't supposed to be like that. So when vishnu got back to his prime form in the vakunth, surya dev and indra dev came and said that u played wrong with us cause bali was a player of indra and sugreev belonged to surya and since by cheating, bali got defeated (which he couldn't have ever cause he had the power to extract 50% power of his opponent to him, making him undefeateable) and so to end their tussle, vishnu promised to correct it the next time and that's why then he gave his allegence to indra putra arjun against surya putra karn. So now we know that each character in their past life do come back again with different bodies to compensate for what could not be done by them in their past life. That's why I think everyone who was against krishna in mahabharat with ofcourse 7 cheeranjeevis will again take incarnation so that they could repent for what they did wrong in dwapar yug. That's why ashwathama is there as well as karn is there, cause they both were against krishna and wanted to end him but now given the circumstances, to do the pashyatap, they have to now protect and fight on kalki's side now(I don't personally think, the people who were with krishna's side will come again cause they have already proven their allegence and worthy to end this reincarnation process, and are now free forever from it). Also if u focus, u will figure out that they did gave us a hint as u can see, Bhairava too was abandoned like karna after the birth, like karna he was an outcast wanting to become the part of the hirerchy he deserved but was denied from and similarly Bhairava ws also always running for the the most important and resourceful place on earth at that time, the complex. and just like karna when his chariot was stuck in midlle of kurukshetra,pushing a wheel and holding it similarly before the interval u can see Bhairava holding a wheel on flame signifying the element of surya of karna also that explains that why he could only take a fight with ashwatthama. He multiple times made us realise by his dialogues specially when he was given the offer to join the rebels the first time, he did said that he tried to be on the both sides but in the end he realised that the only side is our own side, the selfish side, not that I'm saying karna was selfish, in mahabharat he did everything because of his word and never ending promise of friendship to duryodhan but that was because it was duryodhan first who got for his side first. Gandiv was not destroyed. Agnidev asked Arjuna to return it as it was to be returned to Varundev. Obeying Agnidev's instruction, Arjuna dropped it in the water. Now that entire Earth is dry, it was found under sand.
No it was broken in the fight between Arjun and some thugs. Gandiv lost its power after Krishna's death. Arjun broke it to pieces to fight off thugs using it as a stick. In the movie the pieces are found by the villain group. They repaired it. I think when the bow sensed vishnu's presence it got its powers back to aid Kalki avatar. But it is too late. Now it is in wrong hands. Only one weapon can fight back it. It is Vijaya bow. But Like Ashwathama said it is like a stick without its owner. So destiny decided to bring its owner back.

Vyasa told him that his work in this life is finished so the divine weapons have left him and he also should leave Earth. Then all Pandavas decided to leave Earth and started Mahaprasthan. @@RedTomato_1 I know..I know. I actually read authentic texts. Karna was not a superior warrior in reality (because he never did Sadhana like Arjuna and was always involved in Adharmic activities). I guess here Ashwatthama told that because they were teammates and might have had bias. And it is also true that Karna was also student of Dronacharya and even Parashurama so he must have had nearly equal capability initially but with time, he lost it due to lack of sadhana/practice.

My theory would be like KALKI AVATAR was made from the blood of SRI KRISHNA by SUPREME YASKIN and that could be one of the reason why no bomb couldnot carry it. Because it's a divine birth. It is even stated in history that kalki would appear when human 's cause their destruction. Since PRABHAS is shown as the REBIRTH OF KARNA, it maybe because he might have also been resurrected by YASKIN for divinity lies in his blood. But the project was a failure until Bhairava got his weapon back. Maybe YASKIN might also be somewhat related to Mahabharata or maybe he's someone who was not a great fan of human work.

this movie changes things, so we can't be sure. Maybe they show that kalki is born to some other girl and sum-80 gave birth to incarnation of arjun's reincarnation. Director also said that this is the sequel of Mahabharata. Maybe we get to see Karna-Arjuna war again.

1. Vijay dhanush belongs to parshuram who gave it to karn so it's possible that bhairava is parshuram cause parshuram is also a chiranjeevi
2. Bhagwan shiv gave vijay dhanush to parshuram after being impressed by his bravery so may be bhairava is non other than kaal Bhairav who is also avatar of bhagwan shiv so indirectly vijay dhanush belongs to bhairava as he's avatar of shiv ji
