Another small reference of bahubali in movie where we saw ss rajamouli in movie as bouty huter and after watching him prabhas said "agar isna merko paakdh lia phir 5 saal ka lia nhi chodega" it is a small reference of bahubali franchise as a joke as we all know that it takes almost 5 years to make bahubali and prabhas haven't done any other movie in that time span
And even after that rajamauli said .agr is baar haath aaga to 10 saal tak nhi chorunga...this line cleary refer kr rha h Mahabharata or bahubali 3?

This was a reference to the news where a pregnant elephant was killed by irresponsible tourists in kerela who fed her a pineapple filled with firecrackers, which exploded in her mouth. One very small detail which is missed by many.
The scene when Bhairava asks a jyotish about his future, the jyotish pulls out a parrot from the cage. This parrot shows a card with an eclipse. A reference that Bhairava will have a role to play when the Kalki avtar comes and the eclipse happens. Also a foreshadow that he is reincarnation of Karn(watch last scene before credits). Also the parrot is a reference of Shuka(the parrot who knows the past and the future which Kalki has it).
Also, a misdirection by the creators that Bhairava has something to do with the protector of Kashi(Kaal Bhairava); whereas its supposedely believed that he'll be the protector of humanity.
Shambhala is believed to be near Mount kailash... That's why it's not possible to climb Mount kailash at present... There is a mysterious force stopping anyone who attempts to climb Mount kailash...

Yes! Sambhala does exist & as you said it is somewhere near Mount Kailash between Tibet & nepal. & I know this coz my father has completed kailash mansarovar yatra 5 times & he was the one who told me that while gng to kailash mansarovar there's a route which deviates to sambhala & ppl rarely know abt that place. It is known as mystical land & so is kailash. These are places with divine power & only by god's grace & will u can go to such places
