I absolutely love what you have done with this drum machine. It's always had a uniquely appealing crisp digital sound, which could be sculpted with the on-board tools. Then you decided to add the rumble kick model, which is absolutely brilliant for harder techno. OS12 has really brought the DR2 to peak excellence - keep it up! :D:D
Yes, it's a very simple 4 on the floor, of course. It keeps doing it's job in techno-like styles 😁 But great to hear the DR-2 is also used for other stuff!
Yeah, I understand the comment. But our prices are absolutely based on the production price, it's not possible to go cheaper. Manufacturers who can sell their devices by the thousands can largely use the economy of scales, of course. But they lack the flexibility to react to user suggestions, to include harder to operate features, to add less obvious sounding things, etc... So, it's hard to say which one has the best bang for the buck. That consideration largely differs between artists, I guess.
It keeps getting better! Congrats on all the hard work.

And still not finished, Working behind the scenes on OS13 already 😁
@@ModorMusic Very exciting, thank you for all you do!

Very impressive, but unfortunately way too expensive given the alternatives from other vendors.
Compared to what, a Perkons? An Alphabase? Because those are the competition for the DR-2, not the budget stuff

@@Claidheambmor I don't care. From a value perspective it is not worth the cost.
@@ModorMusic Actual artists do not make comments like this, I wouldn't put much stake into what this guy thinks😉
