Got mine in today. I found it easiest to start on the left side of the new window. Push the right end of the seal into track. Have someone slide window to left an inch or two. Grab rubber with needle nose pliers and push right as the other person moves the window back to the right. Repeat until the rubber meets where you cut it on the right. The directions and video were a little lacking and I almost made a video myself. Too many curse words though😂
