*So amazingly quiet and **Fastly.Cool** in my room! 42db is at a whisper level. I bought 2 and installed myself.Very sturdy bracket and easy to adjust to fit windows of different size. Absolutely fabulous units!!*
Nice video, can you get a window like this that is big enough for a man to squeeze through? I have a cap that I sleep in, would be good to be able to squeeze through from the cap, through the window and into the cab, a great security feature for camping.
That one, in the video, is a ureathene installed glass. You cut it out and remove all the old sealant and when you re install, it is replaced with new sealant. The older ones are installed with a rubber gasket. You install those ones using a quarter inch rope.
lol i was kinda hoping this vid would tell me how to cut a hole in my existing window and install the sliding window in it, lol i dont wanna pay for and install a whole new window
You have to install this from inside the cab of truck. You do have to remove the headliner. Also he is pointing to the inside of the "cosmetic rubber piece" to put the urathane THAT IS WRONG IT GOES ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE EXTREME OUTSIDE PERIMETER OF THE UNIT.
