It is good to see the young man like Xain to have a passion for trees. Some fruit seeds are poisonous, they say white sapote seed is one of them, best to check prior to letting the pigs eat them. When growing up we had 30 breeding sows every now and then one would die, diet could be a issue or what they eat.
Paul, sulcata groves has made a video about a white sapote varietie that the fruit and spice park had cut down. Since you are collecting varieties maybe you could request bud wood or a plant from them. Im not sure if it is an off season fruiter.
There is another variety of White sapote at Fruit and spice park called Golden. It’s a little hidden and on a mound. It’s between the Jaboticaba#9 and the Guava #13 on the map. I had it in the summer but it was nice and yellow.
In California, I tell folks that wherever you can grow citrus you can grow WS (cold hardiness) In regards to pollination, I have found that having more than one variety will help fruit set.
@ I reached out to Xain, looks like maybe it isn’t blooms. I’ll have to circle back. Not sure the variety on this one but I have another from seed “super sweet” is what they call it. Came from seller on TFF. Have you tried supersweet or heard of it?
I have 2 small grafted trees (Younghans and Redlands) in Columbia county...zone 9A. They've taken mid 20's the last 2 winters with only cosmetic damage to a few leaves, with no protection. Also, 2 small seedlings have not been protected from the freezes, and they're perfectly fine.
Thanks that Xains nursery is awesome. Looking into getting a Redland and suebelle variety here in Central Orlando, fl. Area. But how do they do during the hot humid summers?. Can anyone comment on there experience on these trees and care.

Maybe Xain can get someone on the TropicalFruitForum to express ship some scions from Australia. Lemon Gold and Hawaiian Supreme would be nice to get.
Xain do you have any 7 or 15 gallon white sapotes and if so which varieties?

they do fine in the heat of south florida
As paul said, they will do fine.
Is Rainbow variety the same as Robert’s Rainbow? I’m guessing so
What’s type of rootstock for grafting? I was able to propagate by air layer.
He has seedlings from his fruit I don't know if he labeled what each stock was
Does he ship?
not at this time
How is the homestead white sapote?
fruit is smaller than others but taste was good
Very disappointing as Xain’s Nursery doesn’t ship !!!!!
