I was wondering that myself Just ordered a Giraffe and only noticed all the 1 and 2 star reviews after the fact. I think I'm canceling and ordering this.
@ninji5226 that's the path I was on and after spending a few hours researching,, the giraffe wasn't even an option....1. Hoselink 2. Glahoden 3. Gardenia...... this Glahoden is way cheaper and ranks next to the $250 ones....I was so sold on the giraffe too
Nice hose reel. Thanks for the review. The yellow stop on the hose can be moved, either farther down so you can sling a long free end over the garden fence to hang it out of the way, or closer to the end so that it's suspended just inches outside the reel and out of the way. Have a great day.

I wish that pin was easier to install. I would remove this reel for winter storage. Can the pin or holes be tapered?

So far so good. I use it around 2 times a week. No problems.
