    You can feel the energy sensation of Qigong!

    When you feel this energy,

    "Mind" and "Qi" are two different levels of energy.
    Let your mind be an observer.

    You can use your mind to stop this force,
    or you can let your mind be an observer,
    watching this subtle pulling, pushing, and tugging
    that guides your body to perform various movements,
    allowing for structural adjustments.
    Through these movements, you gradually restore your originally healthy body.
    This is the "self-healing ability."
    The Qi in your body knows what is wrong with it.
    The Qi will guide your body to perform various movements
    for self-healing.
    Therefore, practicing Qigong and cultivating the energy sensation is very important.
    Learn to truly relax,
    fully relax and enter the Qigong state,
