  • The Project Management Roundtable is a BSA Knowledge Community that convenes monthly to share and discuss different Project Management approaches, systems and policies in the hopes of inspiring new ideas that make us all more effective.
    The Fee Negotiation series is a two-part series focusing on negotiations between architects and their consultants. Representatives from various disciplines discuss their experience determining the appropriate fee for their services, and the factors that impact these conversations.IES Boston and Rhode Island Section and the Boston Society of Architects Project Management Roundtable co-hosted this series.
    Part 1 covers negotiations between architects and their clients
    Part 2 will cover negotiations between architects and their consultants.
