I hear you! All my life I have a experienced what you have. Last year my mum, cousin, all friends, boyfriend and all but one family member, let me go when i finally set boundaries on fair energy exchange. And just like that I unmasked everyone around me had covert narcissistic tendencies and were all feeding on my energy. They all turned on me made up lies and that's it, done, haven't seen my family since. I got to the point where I had to look inside to see if I had a blind spot I wasn't aware of. Jealousy in particular as that's what everyone was projecting into me. Even when my cousin stole my boyfriend out of spite I didn't feel jealous... Deeply hurt and betrayed but my self worth has no desire to compare myself to people's rogue shadows trying to bring me down a peg or two. Anyways after much suffering and being lied to, cheated on then robbed of thousands of dollars to go woo another woman once I broke up with him. Brutal... Long story short I found jealousy hiding under rejection and wow... Weeks of daily purging every surpressed emotion of rejection that led to jealousy. And there were so many little distortions everytime I pretended not the be hurt by others rejection and betrayal. Ouch...
Just let current partner go as he started showing consistent inability to control his shadows contempt for me as well. Sorry painful watching those you love slowly be turned to resent you so deeply. So once again after nearly 50years I've let some poor soul go as they not safe and used as portal to cause confusion and generate emotional energy from me.
