We all know that like attracts like, when we raise our vibration by loving ourselves and healing and self growth then we no longer are attracted to toxic people and spot red flags a mile off. A person needs to realise they are worth more than a toxic situation to get out of it. Focusing on ourselves raises our vibe which affects the twin and encourages them to do the same. We also shouldn't criticise our twin, be kind and supportive as that shows we don't love ourselves, they are us so calling them weak means we are weak.

WOW.....that's exactly what is happening in my life, for quite a while now ever since my TF came back into my life 6 years ago and turned it upside down.... we were in love when we were 16 but were separated by forces beyond our control....... I'd never really got him out of my system and looked for him several times with no success... Suddenly 3 months after my Mother passed, the Universe brought us back together again....almost 50 years after we last saw eachother. He'd been missing me too...... I’m not sure if you read comments but kn Monday I posted that I had given up on DM because he was married and I started to disconnect. Today is the first day that he didn’t contact me anymore.
