    if you have to deal with serial numbers, passwords, or similar things over the phone this is indispensable. I printed off the NATO phonetic alphabet sheet and posted a copy near every phone in my office.

      my history teacher only taught the first 4 letters of the NATO Alphabet in my school she uses it for checking the students answers
