Dulens are so close in look that this has driven me away from picking up a set. Though they are WAY lighter... In future, I would just drop the audio if it's this bad and add text instead :)
What were your thoughts on the Viltrox Epics Miguel? I fell like they have a really pretty rendering (and they seem totally usable wide-open - which most anamorphics aren't), but the vibe does feel very much spherical, just with a slightly stretched bokeh. What do you think?

super sharp wide open, I just shot a film with them, not the most anamorphic look vs x2 anamorphics but great for projects that need a 16:9 finish
