Feels similar to the TBS Pro 32 HV range wise. My big question is how quickly it flips back after you lose 100% video. Would be cool if they went 2.4GHZ for really long range.
It would have been nice to repeat the same flight path with ideally the DJI air unit or Vista (if that's all you have), just to compare the range, not the image quality. Just curious how the two offerings compare in the environment you flew. I would do it, but don't have the new 1W HDZero VTX. Not interested in the political/religious debate between the 2 offerings, more curious from a scientific perspective. Hope you don't have COVID.

I could never afford to switch to DJI, I'm disabled and on a fixed income. So I'm stuck with analog. But now with the HDZero it might be possible. Thanks again for the video and information.
The latency on the HDZero tech is fixed (there is no buffer, like for example on DJI, ), it's just like analog. Either you get a good package or no package at all (the tiny sparkles in the feed), there is no re-requesting a bad package like you could do with a buffered system.

The v2 camera is great but when they start making the camera 120fpm it will be the best

It flips back as soon as the next frame with signal shows up just like analog would
