Daym, I have never seen a Bojangles not melt the cheese on a cheese biscuit. Not all Bojangles are created equal.

The steak looked like chicken fried steak, which is chopped steaktype meat breaded and fried like a chicken patty. I've had some that are awesome and some that look and taste like shoe leather. I've never been to Bojangles but the biscuits looked good. I'd give the steak one a try at another location and see if it's better. The bacon, egg, and cheese looked really great. Daym dude us here in the south don't go to Bo for steak and biscuit or even the sausage. That Cajun Filet is where it's at. Shoulda tried the Cajun Filet Biscuit. And for lunch the Buffalo Bites Combo with dirty rice and Creamy slaw with the hot sauce on poured on the bites. RIP Orlando Bojangles we need Bo back in Central FL.

Also as for that steak... It's country fried steak. I'm not gonna lie, I had a similar experience a few years ago. It was at a Hardee's. When they said steak, I was thinking a nice cut of Angus. Needless to say I was disappointed. But it's okay, it opened my eyes to the fact that certain words mean different things in other regions.
