I do use the same app. But one concern is, if more than one pictures are included in a post, I'm not able to share that. Only one picture per post is possible

Thanks for your question! If you use the Instagram Reposting app it will automatically tag the owner of the post. You could ask for permission beforehand, however this is completely up to you.

I started a meme repost account over a year ago and have about 4K followers. I just received a message from Instagram saying I’m eligible for the paid partnership label because I reached 135k people in the past month. Although I tag the creator in every repost, I’m worried about being sued if I start to be profitable. My question is should I try to transition to my own content or is it legal for me to make money off of reposts?

Hi Shivani, best practise is to tag the original source of the image/video you are sharing.
lol it's against copyright law to use anyone's copyrighted material without permission whatsoever, so attribution is a meaningless distinction

Can you say about reposting someone's photo or video into our feed, is it necessary to take their permission ?
If you're following the terms and conditions of Instagram to the dot, then yes you would have to ask permission. However, as we mention at 1:33, mentioning and crediting the creator of a photo or video will also be sufficient for nearly all content creators.
How do you give credit to owner of posts? What should you write.
Hi love, great question (and great name). You can simply tag them in the post, as well as writing a short caption mentioning that they're the original creator. However, if you use the Repost for Instagram app, this will be automatically done for you.
I'm assuming you still need permission from the creator to use the repost app? Or do you just need to give them credit?
It's a bit of a grey area. According to Instagram's T&Cs, you're not allowed to copy any content and pretend it's your own. However, crediting the post author when reposting will provide them with free reach and traffic, and potentially an increase in likes and followers. This is why crediting the author is so important when you're reposting and why it's generally accepted to do so.
