I totally get where you're coming from with the whole school thing. I did a master's degree while working full time. Would not recommend, but they were both a must; needed to keep working to live, and needed to get the master's in order to change careers. Easier said than done, but something that helped me along the way, was taking 10-30 min/day of "nothing time" - no phone, no computer, not even reading, and I would have a warm drink and just look outside and concentrate on what I am seeing outside. This helped a lot because it took my mind off everything, then when it was time to get back into things, my mind was refreshed and ready to go. Hope that helps.
Yes - its definitely hard😅 I love the idea of “nothing time” will actually start doing this! It’s almost like a mindfulness exercise - so important!

You have beautiful natural hair color. In my humble opinion, please consider just having it super shinny (healthy not greasy) and effortless elegant. I understand that in the summer people are drawn to blonder shades but often their hair looks dry and frizzy (unhealthy). Great content and continued success!!

Hi, another interesting video! I remember from a time back you said there was a serum from Caudalie that you could not live with out and that your mum was just starting to use also, which one was that as I'm not sure it was the pink one you spoke about in this video?
It’s the Vinoperfect serum! I use this all the time, especially in the summer. But it’s an alternative to Vitamin C (63x more effective than vitamin c at brightening the skin) that can be used both day and night! My mom finds it incredible for her melasma and sun spots!😊
Loved this video! Can you recommend more spfs, I struggle so much to find one that 1. Does not leave white marks, 2. Does not peel after my vitamin C and moisturiser.
Is there any mousturiser + spf out there that does everything gin one ? 😂 that’ll be fantastic.

Which physical sunscreen do you use? I haven’t been able to find one that doesn’t leave a white cast and the tinted ones never quite look right either.
I’ve been using the summer Fridays one for some time now (think I’m in like my 4th bottle) and I love it. Not greasy, hardly any scent, and no white cast!

Just a heads up for anyone curious about The Maker's Naked fragrance... if you don't like Patchouli, I wouldn't recommend it. I ordered the smaller version during the Sephora sale to try it and I returned it the next day, because the smell of Patchouli was so strong and honestly not pleasant. I usually like musky scents but this guy is heavy on the Patchouli scent, which I'm not a fan of.
So odd as patchouli is not an ingredient or note in the fragrance. As I’ve mentioned I do like quite quirky and non traditional fragrances but at the end of the day fragrances are such a personal and unique thing, have to find the one that makes you feel beautiful❤️
