This helper was never supposed to be a sidekick, as some people may believe, but a soulmate.

I have a question. I remembered this passage: But I say to you, anyone who stares at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If a married woman/man looks at another person with lust (flirt too) should you consider that as fornication too?

Hello! No fornication is defined by all Greek Lexicons as actual sexual activity outside of marriage. Jesus is speaking figuratively there saying lust is the source of all adultery and if not checked, will likely lead to adultery.

I would say it is as big a sin as adultery, Jesus was raising the bar on morality in those passages
